Wonderful cabin, excellent hosts, we couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub to warm up and they responded super quick and were super helpful! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This cabin is amazing. There’s something for all ages. The pool was perfect for the kids. Probably one of the best vacation spots!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a lovely time in Gatlinburg for our Spring Break!! The Splashtacular was a great place for our family of 6. Our kids had so much fun between the pool, arcade game, pool table & video games!! The beds were very comfortable and full of pillows which I feel is always lacking at places so that was a great bonus! The kitchen was very clean and ready with anything we needed during our stay. The views were incredible and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck. One thing to note is you can’t spend time outside of the deck spaces. Not anything wrong with the house at all, it’s just not in a location where you can go outside to play or go for a walk. As a busy body (even on vacation) that was hard for me, but again, nothing wrong with the house - just a good thing to keep in mind that you have to drive anywhere to get out in to nature. Fun to be up overlooking the ski resort - we had a great time watching everyone come down the mountain! This is Great place to stay!

Fantastic views, fantastic Cabin

Well, we booked this cabin a month out and little did we know we would be staying in Tennessee on the week of what was the coldest week Tennessee has had in years. The cabin was absolutely perfect, the views were spectacular! There is a 3rd story balcony shielded by the roof with rocking chairs to take in the views of people skiing or mountain views as far as the eye could see. The pool was a lot of fun even for the baby. Hot tub was perfect, and there was everything you needed but the food of course to cook and enjoy a family dinner. Like everyone else that week staying in Gatlinburg we had some issues with the heat and hot water. However, the staff for Smoky Mountain Vistas were readily available with a phone call, they had heating guys there that night, space heaters in the meantime and their Maintenance staff we call Uncle Ken was there the very next morning to repair what sounded like a lot of people were dealing with that week in the frigid temperatures. My wife and I have stayed at hotels and other Vrbo homes before where if you had issues, you couldn't get ahold of anyone. So, if you want a beautiful cabin and a stellar staff who will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy, book this place. We have every intention on booking with them in the future and couldnt be happier. Thank you all so very much for a memorable stay.

The most wonderful Christmas!

We absolutely LOVED this home. Our boys wanted to ski and snowboard most days, which was superConvenient because Ober Mountain is super close and cuts off half the traffic getting to parking on busy days. Unlike most VRBO’s we had plenty of trash bags and kitchen essentials. The house was clean and the biggest perk— it was decorated for Christmas! We absolutely loved it! I highly recommend!

Beautiful views!

We stayed in this cabin for a week and loved every minute. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the views from the back deck were amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and getting to see bears almost every night was so exciting! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful Bear Site Cabins

The cabin was amazing and was exactly how it was posted online. It had a beautiful view of the mountain top and have plenty of relaxing things to do inside the cabin. I wish we knew more about the daily visits of the bears (about 4 mother bears with 3-4 cubs). and the winding roads to the cabin. Only 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg wishes an amazing attraction for families and friends. My family and I are really enjoyed our stay. Had some issues with locking and unlocking the front door, but our host was always accessible and quite helpful in resolving the issue. overall, the cabin was really clean and beautiful, in my opinion it is perfect for a summer vacation, but not sure about winter months as the mountains were too steep and winding to get to and from the cabin. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay and great host!

Best Cabin Rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! Mountain View’s are amazing, daily bear sightings and the space is very comfortable! We stayed as a family with kids and always cook while on vacation. The kitchen was the very well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. It was as close to being at home as it could be. The Blackstone on the deck was a added bonus! The pool table and arcade was a hit with the kids and there are even kids books to read. There are plenty of toiletries to get you started and extra towels for the hot tub. Definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at! Don’t pass this one up, book it now!
