We enjoyed a wonderful stay at King Bear. The location is amazing. Beautiful mountain views, but still close to the parkway. We were able to walk to the parkway multiple days during our trip. It is a steep road down to the parkway so it can be a bit strenuous especially when it is hot, but we were able to have someone in our group pick us up at the bottom when necessary. The whole cabin was very clean and there were plenty of kitchen accessories. Each room having its own bathroom was very nice and makes the cabin very family friendly. Bears made an appearance at the cabin at least once a day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my kids have already asked when we can go back.

Great location! One story house, which was great for our family with small children. Family friendly. Big bedrooms. The air was not working when we arrived. After contacting the host , the air conditioner was fixed within an hour. Lots of bear sightings! The yard was flat with a fence, so our grandchildren could play outside! Nice view of the mountains.

Awesome property

The house was amazing and location was perfect. The hosts were great staying in contact to be sure we had all we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect size for 5 couples, huge bedrooms with attached bath, and lots of beautiful level outdoor spaces. Close to town and activities.

Location, owner, and property were all fantastic. Probably my favorite VRBO rental ever. Next time I'm in Gatlinburg with a group, I will rent this place again.

Perfect Gatlinburg Geaway

This property was perfect for a large family vacation! The house offered ample space for every guest. The amenities were bountiful and well planned. The home was absolutely beautiful!

The bears! Saw 3 playing in the yard. House was perfect size for 9 people. It was close to town but would have been easier if you could walk to the parkway. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Great location

We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed the convenience of the house. Saw lots of bears on the road to town and in the backyard, so be cautious.

This was an amazing place to stay. Our family had such a good time. Very close to the main strip. Had everything we needed for our weekend trip. We even had a couple bear visitors. Would highly recommend
