This house was a complete nightmare. The photos are 100% edited. It was dirty, disgusting, the floors were falling in and broken everywhere, conpketely unlevel.... there were electronics on the ground everywhere, mice everywhere, bugs in the bed, my kids wouldn't walk around without shoes on it was so gross. It was worse than section 8 homing i lived in when i was little and grew up in poverty, it smelled like mold mixed with dead animals. It was so awful, my pregnant wife had us leave early because she was worried about what we were breathing. Headache everyday. Avant's customer service promised me a call back every day. I never received it. Worst experience ever. If you are looking for the dirtiest, most awful situation youve ever experienced, then stay here. The pictures fell off the walls constantly. They were sticker held by 3m, but not even on the mounting bracket because so they were crooked everywhere. There was no soap, no towels, no anything. Dirty towels in the wash, so i went and bought detergent and cleaned them myself. I also cleaned all the sheets, they were disguting. Tons of bugs, tons of spiders, tons of mice, stray cats living under the porch fighting constantly. Mouse droppings were everywhere, broken glass, beer cans and caps. The hot tub was disgusting and right under the electrical service panel. The gutters were so clogged that debris just constantly falls out on living space that is supposed to make this place an oasis.
