Absolutely fantastic. It was very peaceful, and the Mountain View early in the morning was beautiful! The thermostat was a little confusing to get right. I had it set to 69 but woke up hot. Other then that my wife and I were very happy with our stay!

Communication was clear and the cabin is beautiful, with a wonderfully peaceful Mountain View. I’ve stayed in several different cabin in the area and the one ranks right up with the best I’ve seen.

Very clean cabin. Great views! Only issue was the odor inside the cabin after using the shower and/or flushing the toilet. It smelled like septic backup. The odor was particularly noticeable upstairs in game room, although no one used the upstairs game room or bathroom.

A beautiful cabin in such a peaceful location. Mountain views from every room and fully equipped. We spent Thanksgiving there and enjoyed the quality family time, including the games room upstairs and hot tub. The host Luis was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. I would highly recommend it and would definitely book again.

House was clean & as described. Host responded quickly when notified of a problem with the fireplace. Consider the season when booking as leaf foliage does mostly block the view from the porch. Very peaceful environment & nice neighborhood. We enjoyed watching some bears on our first day.

Mountain get away

This home was beautiful & clean. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. A few extra towels and washcloths would be nice, but the ones that are there and thick and nice. Luis was very attentive to any needs we had and was easy to contact. We would reserve this home again.

Spring Break ‘25

Mountain Rose is a perfect getaway! It is close to hiking, dining, shopping and local excursions yet still provides the mountain exclusion. We had the privilege of meeting a young furry visitor who seemed to want nothing more than to come sit on the couch with us. (No, we didn’t feed or alllow our new friend to come inside!). So much fun whether in the cabin or out and about. The hot tub was the perfect cherry on top of each day. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing Spring Break Trip!

My boyfriend and I decided we wanted to get away for spring break and we had the most amazing time! The view was beautiful and the host was so easy to get into contact with, even with allowing us to extend our stay by an extra day! 25th Anniversary Getaway

We loved the cabin and the view is AMAZING. Every evening after hiking the hot tub was calling our name!! It was the perfect end to a day of fun. Looking forward to a another stay sometime...I hope sooner than later!

Perfect get away!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was so peaceful and nice, Luckily we didn't see any bears at our cabin but we did see a few driving up! The view was so amazing, we loved waking up and looking out to see the mountains☺️❤️ would give it 10 stars if we could!

Nice and quiet…

I say that because that’s what I look for in a vacation rental, and that is what I found! The view is stunning, and the bed is amazing! Easy entry with no steps. Didn’t find the ride up particularly alarming but we drive the mountains a lot. We didn’t find the cabin lacking anything. No bear airings, but we had a crow fly past deck same way every day. Loved it!

Prefect birthday getaway

We loved the property and area. The hot tub was great after walking gaitlinburg all day and the patio swing is a great spot to drink your coffee and watch the sun rise. Loved the welcome book and requests by the owners were minimal and easily followed. We have already talked about a return trip to this cabin for future trips. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area!

Perfect 25th Anniversary trip

First of all. After arriving and looking at the house we were very excited. With only looking at the listing and picture on VRBO site it was exactly spot on. It was a beautiful and very maintained. The day of arrival it was very cloudy and it had rained. Looking out the windows at the mountain it was very smoky at the top and was hard to see the whole thing. Woke up early the next day before light and when the sun came out and raised enough to put light on the mountain it was so beautiful. Over the coarse of the next 3 days we ventured out to Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. Took in the Titanic museum, shopping ,Pirates dinner show, Ripleys Aquarium, Chair lift to top of mountain also the skywalk, enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. We also seen 3 bears around the corner from the house. We were on our way back from dinner Sunday night when we seen them. It was a Mom and 2 cubs. We were in our vehicle but the mom was at first 50 feet away and then she was 25 feet away and that when I moved the car. We went around the bend in the road and we looked back and seen the 2 cubs. It really made our day seeing them. Luis I just want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for letting other enjoy your piece of heaven in the Smoky Mountains. The views from there are incredible.
