All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! The kitchen counter doubles as a dining area creating an inviting atmosphere, encouraging you to linger over meals and share stories.

For outdoor entertainment, The Jeffrey Martin offers access to both a park-style charcoal grill and a propane grill located directly across from the building, making it easy to host a casual cookout. If you're visiting in the warmer months, take advantage of the community’s seasonal pool, which also has a relaxing hot tub area just a short walk away. So whether you want to take a refreshing swim or soak your muscles in the hot tubs, you’ll find both options conveniently available. But the entertainment doesn’t stop there. Just beyond the pool, you’ll discover a community play area designed for both kids and adults alike. With an arcade full of classic games and a foosball table, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Plenty of parking. Our unit is in a resort, there are no assigned parking places.
