Having the 3 decks/3 stories was an amazing option to spread out! We had 4 different households together so when they needed their own space it was there. The pool was perfect for our little ones, the game room was perfect for the big kids, the kitchen had everything needed & the living room was comfy! And oh my cloud the beds! We sleep like angels! The hot tub was perfect size & worked as it should :)

The cabin itself is nice. Location is great! I would say for a “luxury” cabin I wouldn’t expect the flooring not being cut correctly and the bottom of the cabinets peeling off. Always be careful opening the fridge as it swings and hits the cabinets. Everything else great!
Garbage out back. I witnessed the cleaners throwing garbage too while cleaning the other cabin.

This location was by far the best cabin I have ever rented. It was so clean, cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was great and well stocked, all the rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. The indoor pool was such a great bonus. The location was secluded enough for some peace and quiet but still very close to all the attractions of town. The flat lined parking was a great addition as well. Our host Chris was great with communicating, it made check in and check out very easy.

This cabin was a true “ 5 stars”. Everything was exactly as listed and shown in the pictures. Chris was an excellent host and provided everything you need to have a very enjoyable time. The location was perfect for those who do not desire to stay within the hustle of the city. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were close by. I would recommend this cabin to any who Ned the space and amenities that this cabin offers.

The cabin was perfect. We had everything we needed, and having our own bathrooms. The area was amazing, and we even had a bear visit a couple of times. The shops were nearby, and we had a short drive to town.

We (5 adults, 2 teens, 1 8-yr-old) spent the kids’ fall break week at the cabin. Great location a few minutes from the main Gatlinburg strip, close to the Arts & Crafts community. The cabin shares a parking lot with 2 other properties. Shortly after we arrived, we had our first bear sighting when one of the neighbors’ tenants neglected to lock up their trash - very exciting! A note that might be helpful on the layout: the main floor with kitchen has one king bedroom. The other 3 king rooms are upstairs, along with a daybed located in the upstairs hall. The lower level below main floor has the pool room, game room, laundry, and a bedroom with full bunk beds and I think a trundle mattress underneath that can be pulled out. I think the living room on the main floor also has a pullout bed in the couch. I can’t see fitting 18 people but maybe if several of those are smaller children. It was perfect for our smallish group so everyone had their own space (especially the teens). Very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with essentials but maybe a little bare bones if you’re planning to cook for a large group often. Good amount of towels, TP, essentials provided. We did a load or 2 of laundry and brought our own detergent but there was some there. The balconies were great! Didn’t use the pool. It’s pretty small but probably adequate to keep kids occupied. The water was a little chilly for us. Could use new pool cues! Overall great stay! Chris was very responsive. Would definitely return!

There were 16-(11 adults and 5 kids) in our family that stayed in the cabin. It had plenty of beds to accommodate. The place was clean and comfortable We found dishes and pots/ pans to cook with. If you need food storage containers. There isn’t any so bring your own. Pool was good for our granddaughters ages 5&6 but not really for adults. It’s smaller than appears in the pics. We all were excited to see a bear one morning by the deck and one afternoon in the parking lot. Overall great stay!!

This was the perfect cabin for our big family trip. There were enough areas to sleep in and enough bathrooms for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. My family really enjoyed themselves whether we gathered around the island while cooking or spent time on the balconies. There is more than enough parking and I know this may be small but everyone was happy that the owner thought to put a lot of electric outlets. When there is a big family you need outlets. The cabin was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect because we were so close to the Gatlinburg strip and like 20 mins to the center of pigeon forge strip. We will definitely book this cabin in the future.

Our extended family of 13 had an absolutely fantastic time!! The cabin was beautiful and the location to other activities was very convenient!! We had plenty of space and the amenities were great!! We went on a wine tour, went to Anakeesta, went white water rafting, Cars of Hollywood Museum, SMNP, Put-Put Golf, Regular Golf, checked out some of the craft stores, Sparky’s Glass Blowing, and even had a couple of bear sightings!! There is so much to see and do and places to eat in and around Gatlinburg!! Four days just isn’t enough time! Our host, Chris, was the best!! We were grateful for his prompt and friendly communication!! We highly recommend staying at Splash Inn in the Smokies!!

Location

Great location. Easy to access Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge from this location. It rain part of the time we were there and there was plenty of things for the grandkids to do right at the house with the pool, hot tub, pool table, pacman machine and the board games. Will definitely try to get back there.

This was such a great place! Location was absolutely perfect and a short drive to all kinds of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions! The host, Chris was a total dynamo and super easy to contact if we needed anything. Our family of 13 stayed comfortably - so clean and spacious! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
