This place was good. We had a couple small issues and Max was so fast to correct it. The location is beautiful. I will say the roads going up are winding and steep but it’s worth it. It’s about 15 min drive into Gatlinberg, and still close to pigeon forge. Over mountain is also very close. Over all location is great!

Cozy and clean as can be and the view was outstanding! All you need is your clothing, a toothbrush and some groceries. Kitchen and baths are well-kitted with cleaning and paper supplies. Communication was excellent. We will absolutely stay again!

The condo was perfect. The views were breathtaking and were exactly as shown in the pictures. The listing/pictures were accurate. Short drive to Smoky Mt National Park and downtown Gatlinburg. The road up the mountain was steep and curvy, but not difficult once you drive it. The host, Max, was exceptional in communicating. Would definitely stay here again

The location was great. Saw bear twice :). The road up the mountain was challenging at first, but I got used to it. Go slow at night, no street lights, and drop-offs all along the way up and down. The condo was just OK. It's small, but ok for 2/3 people tops. It was not clean, I hate to report. There was food under the dining table, egg shells left in the sink, hair in the shower, and in the bathroom trash cans. Contacted the owner with a quick reply. It desperately needs some TLC. Refigerate whined loudly all night, keeping us awake and making it hard to converse. Service guy, very friendly, came to fix, but it didn't last long, went right back to whining. That being said, we had a great time in Gaitlinberg! Have dinner at The Peddler. Excellent food and prices. Go more than once. :)

Our stay was perfect. We had a slight issue with one of the bathrooms when we checked in but the property owner was very quick with his message responses and the problem was addressed promptly and professionally. Would recommend and would stay again!

1st Vrbo trip & would come back

My wife and I wanted to travel to the Smoky Mountains and took a chance on this Vrbo property after reading the excellent reviews. The reviews helped us the best. The one question I didn’t think to ask before booking was if there was a requirement to use stairs. There is. It was a 2nd floor condo and no elevator. My wife has a disability and my old knees aren’t the greatest. We did OK getting our stuff up and down the stairs, but we would’ve preferred an elevator. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed fixed. But that didn’t negatively impact our trip. We love the view and had a great stay. If we go back to Gatlinburg, we would love to stay there again. Max responded to any question very quickly. Awesome responsiveness.

Great property nestled in the hills

Wonderful location. Amazing views from second floor balcony. Fully stocked house. Max always responded within minutes. Make sure you reach the house before dark on the first day. Driving up the mountain can be tricky in the dark.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Condo was exactly as described on website. Very clean and cozy. Had all the essentials we could ask for, except for the food we brought in ( of course ). The indoor pool was enjoyed and very appreciated. We stayed September 26 thru 29......right during the rains of hurricane Helene. Thankfully, we were safe and sound. Even through all the rains and cloudiness we were able to enjoy the views from the balcony, especially the beautiful rainbow that showed on our last day. We were also able to see a total of 5 bears! Very cool! The host was very attentive in sending emails and all the info we needed right before our visit. We did not need to contact him during our stay, but I'm sure he would have responded if needed. All four of us had a great time.

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and loved the rustic decor. The road to get to the condo is a little crazy but the views make up for it in the morning!

Perfect Weekend!

We loved this cute condo! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and loved the rustic decor. It is close to Ober Gatlinburg wnere we took the tram to Downtown Gatlinburg to enjoy breakfast and the Sky Park. We even saw bears on two separate occasions! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful Mountain View!

I was in a bind and needed to find a new place to stay fast. I found this listing and within minutes of booking, Max responded back with all of the information I needed. The drive up the mountain was amazing- we saw many baby bears! Clean property, great views and very responsive owner!

Enjoyed our stay overall

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was amazing! My only critique of this property was the towel situation. We had a total of 3 towels for five people which was frustrating. There were also no beach towels provided which I found to be odd since there is a pool onsite.
