There were 9 of us that stayed between two families, and everybody fit perfectly. A great feature was having the game room for the kids, which was next to (but separate so you can use them both at the same time) a 'tv room'. Additionally, there was a tv room adjacent to the kitchen, so adults could watch in one room, kids in another room, and other kids could play video games. Lots of towels, beds were comfortable, washing machine worked great for all our laundry - just great. We LOVED the hot tub outside - great to sit outside and enjoy the mountain air. The outside eating area was perfect for a big family, as was the driveway for lots of cars. Just a great place to stay, we'd absolutely stay again if go out there.
