Family friendly

Easy to get to very close to all the attractions also secluded enough to not feel overwhelmed with everything. Lots of seating to relax and dont feel like you are sitting on top of everyone. Plenty of restrooms and sleeping arrangements nice for a decent family size getaway, we had 6 with us.

Great house, great location for a family!

This was our first ever family vacation and we loved staying at this house. It is located right next to a church with a playground that our kids loved to play at. It is a quiet neighborhood and not on a busy road. The hot tub was so nice to have and easy to use. The interior farm doors are cute and a wonderful touch, but they do not block much sound. Loved the counter space and different seating options. The host was very kind and accommodating. Quick responses to any questions/concerns.

Cozy Blue Cottage

Our stay at the Cozy Blue Cottage in Gatlinburg was indeed very cozy and comfortable. The house was perfect for our family of 8 and provided a great place to explore Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided ample space for each couple and the kids, who really enjoyed the video games in their room! The well stocked kitchen was great for cooking breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. We even saw bears every day walking the street in front of the house! Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Blue Cottage and would highly recommend it to families staying in Gatlinburg.

Ideal location, no step entry, one level cottage was great for grandparents, 4 BR, 3 Bath was ideal for the six of us. 3 king beds were very comfy& we enjoyed the hot tub. We highly recommend & would book it again. John

A cute house close to everything

We had such a wonderful stay with my family and friends. There were 4 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 5) and the house was perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, close to the downtown area, and the host was very sweet and checked in multiple times. If we are ever in galtinburg we will definitely be staying here again.

Cozy Blue Review

Overall we were very satisfied and would rent this property again. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. If you are staying for an extended time, 5 days plus, there will not be enough toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. There’s a great grocery store, Food City, on the East Parkway, where you’ll find everything you need. Laura was great to work with and did several follow ups to make sure our stay was good. We had a great time in the Smokys!!

Fun in Smokies

Repaired a couple of minor problems. Loose toilet seat, bath door that wouldn’t stay closed and loose kitchen faucet. Beds were very comfy and heat/AC worked well. Would stay there again.

Our 2023 vacation

Cozy cottage in the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Even had a few visits from the "local" momma bear. Everything we needed was available and host was very responsive with any questions we had.

A definite must stay

We had the most wonderful weekend at the Blue Cozy Cottage. Family came from Florida, Ohio & Pennsylvania. The cottage was spacious enough for the 8 of us. The hot tub was an added bonus. Very clean and relaxing. Laura was easy to communicate with. She messaged right back with any help we needed. Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. The Blue Cozy Cottage is located in a quite neighborhood, close to downtown Gatlinburg. I highly recommend for your stay.
