While many guests choose to walk, please note that black bear sightings are common throughout the resort, especially during spring and summer months. For added convenience and peace of mind, we generally recommend driving to the pool. The drive takes less than one (1) minute and ample parking is available nearby.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE

Located within Gatlinburg Falls Resort, where black bears are a natural part of the environment. Guests may occasionally see bears from a safe distance. We provide bear safety guidelines in the welcome guide for reference.

Guests occasionally spot bears:

• Walking through the neighborhood
• Resting near wooded areas
• Wandering through the resort from a safe distance

Bear sightings are most common during spring and summer months. We provide simple bear safety tips and local wildlife guidelines in our welcome guide to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

• Maximum occupancy must be observed at all times

• We love animals, but this cabin is currently pet-free and pets are not permitted

Booking Requirements
• A rental agreement must be completed at least 48 hours before check-in
• A government-issued photo ID may be requested for verification

Check-In
• Self check-in for maximum convenience
• No in-person meet-up required
• Personalized door code will automatically activate exactly at check in time.
• Cabin details, local recommendations, and more will be sent the day before arrival once all booking requirements have been completed.

Connectivity
• Cell phone service is available at the cabin
• Guests generally experience reliable connectivity during their stay

Kitchen Supplies
• Basic cooking seasonings are provided for guest use
• Feel free to reach out if you'd like details about specific kitchen items or supplies available during your stay

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM
• Early check-in may be available when scheduling allows
• Self check-in allows you to arrive anytime after check-in using your personalized door code
