We absolutely adored the location! The condo was spotless, and having a table and rocking chairs on the balcony was delightful. We had a very nice time, the condo was clean and nice and quiet. The sound of the water was very soothing. Parking was very easy. The walk to the shopping area was a little too far for us to walk. You really need to read up on the tram stops and how to use them before going out. If you could have put out information on the trams' system to make it just a little easier for us, that would have been helpful. Over all we had a great stay.

Very convenient to Gatlinburg. We walked less than a block to trolley and took it to the aquarium walked around, then back to aquarium to trolley back to condo. Short drive to pigeon forge. Condo very nice n loved the stream. Just keep an eye out for bears. We saw one when we were sitting in the stream. He was on the bank. He just sniffed us then walked away.

Amazing view of the creek from large balcony out back. Rocking chairs and table/chairs made the balcony our favorite spot to hang out or eat. Easy access to play in the creek from gate in the fence. Clean and spacious living areas.

We were in town for my wife to attend the annual nail convention downtown. We have stayed here the last 2 years and really enjoyed ourselves. The room is immaculate. We enjoyed spending time at the pool during the day and sitting on the balcony at night.

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend staying at this property. This was my daughter’s senior trip and the condo was perfect for the 3 of us (me, daughter, her friend). Location was great. Easy downhill walk to main attractions/Parkway, and easy trip back to the condo from exploring with convenient trolley stops nearby. We also spent a day in Pigeon Forge, and due to the location off of stoplight 3, we were spared some of the more cluttered traffic getting back. We even saw a bear walking along the creek!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It was great to come back to such a comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking, site seeing through the mountains, and enjoying a game of putt-putt right down the road.

Beautiful setting

My friend and I stayed for the weekend . We were so pleased with the condo. The rooms were gorgeous. One of the light switches in the bedroom was broke off, so the fan had to be manually switched. The location was a little tricky to pull in an out of with the way that the traffic ran. Refrigerator ( no ice maker or water dispenser) was a little outdated. Walking to Gatlinburg was all downhill, so that was easy, but we took a trolley ride back up the hill. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. I believe one of the rooms is listed with a tub and
