The cabin was exactly what we’ve been looking for. My wife and her family, 8 adults and 1 child, book a vacation to the mountains every Christmas. This is the first year we were all able to have our own rooms. Plenty of space. Beautiful cabin. Located perfectly by Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful views, plenty of space inside and outside of cabin, everything was very clean and lots of attention to detail. Our only complaint was somewhat of a lack of privacy due to inability to lock some of the bedroom and bathroom doors, but if everyone is considerate of that issue, it’s not a major problem. Overall, the cabin is gorgeous and looks just as good as the pictures, if not better. I definitely do not regret our choice and would happily stay here again.

Bear Crossing

Was better than expected. Gorgeous house, fully stocked. Saw bobcat and bears in area. Lot of fun stuff to do in area. Would book again

We had a problem with Spectrum cable service during our stay. The cabin rental service did their best to address it, but the problem was with Spectrum, not the cabin wifi.

Family fun trip

Me, My boys (16 and 17) their friends and my brother stayed and had the most amazing time and experiences we could have ever asked for. This location is absolutely amazing. Plenty of house for 9 people. Incredible views! We had 3 visitors (mama bear & her 2 cubs) which made our trip! The cubs were playing on the deck wrestling around!

Wonderful getaway

Fun with Family for Thanksgiving

Our children and spouses all met up at Bear Mountain Chalet for a week of leisure and Thanksgiving. The house was beautiful and most inviting! It was well equipped and the information provided via the App was most helpful during our stay. The fireplaces were all we needed to heat the place up from the chilly 25 to 35 degree mornings. We enjoyed our visits to Gatlinburg and DollyWood and the shops in between. Would definitely stay here again!
