Great little place walking distance to the strip. Only a little bit of confusion during check in as we couldn’t find the unit number (105) in any of the communication. Overall would recommend!

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable and convenient. The only slight glitch was with the check in process. The instructions did not include the door number, but the owner was prompt in providing it when we inquired. It was a lovely weekend for us!

The condo was very nice. We did have an issue with the hot water running out while showering. The walk to Gatlinburg is misleading, it is a good bit of a walk to downtown. Overall the experience was good.

The host was great. The condo was very clean, cozy and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and great view of downtown Gatlinburg-5-6 minute walk to the downtown area. Nice patio area. Grocery store about 2.5-3 miles from condo. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We experienced a big Smoky Mt. snowfall. Approximately 12 inches in total. The driveway to the upper level parking lot is steep but we have 4 wheel drive so it wasn’t a problem for us. We would stay at this condo again.

The condo was clean and a convenient distance to all the attractions we wanted to do. It was stocked well with the basics and the beds were really comfortable after spending all day out and about. We had 4 adults has 2 kids under 10 and it was the perfect amount of space for us.

The condo was cute, very clean, and updated. The only problem that can be said about our stay, is that place is not ADA compliant. There are no ramps to go up or down to the parking lot. The parking lot has a very steep hill to go up to the first level of parking. The elevator is only on the first floor and only goes up. Therefore, unloading is a bit difficult as you have to carry all your stuff up a flight of steps. If you are in a wheelchair, you cannot stay at this complex. If you park on the lower level of the complex, you have to go up at least five flights of stairs. It didn't bother us walking up the steps as we got exercise, but anyone having mobility problems should not stay here. Which is a shame as it is a nice condo, at a good location in Gatlinburg.

We had a fabulous stay. We absolutely loved the "Little Bear Den". It was such a cozy stay.. We walked to Anakeesta. At night you could see the whole town all a glow with the Christmas lights! it was great! We'd stay again!

Everything was above expectation. Excellent communications with host. Clear guidance for access, parking, and use. Condo was ideal size as a comfortable landing place while visiting area (super cute), very clean, and well appointed. Location wonderful... close to many popular activities. Split floorplan (bedrooms each had attached bath) allowed privacy, as needed. Definitely would rent again for next trip to Gatlinburg!

It was a short stay but the location on the first floor was easy. I like not needing a card or key. Having bears in the parking lot was not expected lol. Wish the air had worked better. Having laundry in the room would’ve been nice. Wish the bathroom would’ve smelled better too. Otherwise we liked our stay. Thank you

Home Away from Home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Everything was spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was pristine and stylish, and we appreciated how well-stocked it was. The living space was cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The entire place felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained rental!

Excellent location!

This place was exactly as described. Everything was at walking distance (Anakeesta, Sky Bridge, all downtown area). The condo felt cozy and it has great beds, comfortable bathrooms and a small kitchen with all the essentials to make basic meals. The view is also great! You see downtown and the mountains. Beautiful and safe place for a small family, couples or solo travelers, I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location

This condo is in a perfect location. We walked to the strip many times during our stay, saving us from navigating the dense traffic. A grocery store is close by, and while we drove there, it was the opposite direction of most traffic. A loading zone was just steps away from the unit, so moving luggage back and forth was easy. We also watched the fireworks from our patio overlooking the main strip. Great trip and perfect location!

Fall Getaway

The condo was a great spot for our fall weekend in Gatlinburg. We walked to all of the attractions each day and never drove the car. The condo is clean and we had what we needed for a short visit. The information to check in was provided after contacting the owner. There was a bit of noise from traffic, which is to be expected being so close to busy roads leading into Gatlinburg. A highlight was seeing a bear walking along the pool fence at night.
