Nice, quiet location

This place was fine for our couple getaway. Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the place. It wasn’t terribly dirty, but the bathroom needs a good scrub.

ADORABLE

Me and my daughter (7) stayed here for spring break. It was one the cutest place we have stayed yet. Definitely in our top 5 places we’ve stayed and we travel a lot. Watching the sunset behind the mountains was perfect. Studio is equipped with everything you need essentially. The road is not all that bad, just pay attention, rather fun to navigate.

Great Time!

Great prices for a great location! Pretty much exactly as advertised and great communication! Roads are obviously tough to traverse, but most vehicles these days could make the drive! My Wife and I go once a year to Gatlinburg and this place may be one to return to often!

Cute little property!

Wonderful property! Everything the two of us needed for a quick little getaway. Very small, but perfect for a couple. The property owners reached out to welcome us and were very responsive when contacted. The only drawback was the road. Holy cow was it windy and narrow. Other than that though, everything met our expectations and we were pleased with the studio and owners.

Perfect Studio in the Mountains!

This studio was perfect for a hiking trip in the Smoky Mountains! It was easily accessible and very close to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. They warn that the road leading up to the studio is narrow, but it wasn't bad at all in my opinion. The views from the studio are amazing. I was bummed not to see any bears though! The studio itself is a little older, but very cozy. The bed was comfy and there was a nice big TV equipped with all the apps you could possibly want. I did wish there were better toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.), but I was able to go to a store nearby to purchase what I needed. Misty was very responsive and made the check-in/check-out process very seamless! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The Condo was perfect for our needs. The balcony view is stunning.Overall,all of the condo units appear to be older ( and in need of some maintenance- paint, boards replaced,etc.)They are in process of rebuilding the indoor pool house. Other than a few small things,the place is perfect… (the couch is aging and needs replacing and the bathtub is obviously older.)However, this wouldn’t be a deterrent for me to stay again. I would note that there is a Condo above you and noise can be heard from walking, etc above. ( As is probably the case in most condos.)

Cute get away with great views

I enjoyed my stay. The condo is very cute with everything you need right there. The bed is very comfortable and there’s a nice big t.v. with streaming app’s available that I enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing. The view from the condo is lovely and I was even able to see a bear on the property right from the balcony! There is a little neighborhood market at the bottom of the neighborhood that has any necessities you may need if you don’t want to make a big trip into town. Be aware that the property is at the top of a steep, winding mountain road if heights are a problem for you, but that’s part of what why the views are so good there. All in all it was a good stay.

Amazing View!

The views from the condo were amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. Very close to both Gatlinburg and the national park. I woukd 100% stay here again!

Short stay for hiking in the national park

Overall comfortable for one or at most two people. This is a small efficiency unit. The balcony is very small and lacking privacy from surrounding units. The view from the balcony is towards Wears valley rather than the more interesting view toward the Smokies. The owners are correct in warning that the road up to the condominiums is long and extremely steep and winding. This makes the location not convenient for driving back and forth from the national park or nearby towns.

Wonderful!

This studio apartment fit our needs perfectly! We loved the great scenic views from the deck and very much appreciated being away from the crowds & congestion of Gatlinburg. Easy access to the Park. A relaxing and enjoyable get-away! Highly recommend!

What a View!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Loved being on the balcony and enjoying the view. We had a small issue when we first arived BUT the owner quickly responded and quickly resolved the issue. Things happen but appreciate that the owner was paying attention and responsive. Great value too.

Lots of bears to see and gorgeous views:)

We had an amazing time. The studio is just the right size for us both. Driving up in the summer was easy for us. Views at other end of the complex parking lot are breathtaking. We saw 5 bears in 2.5 days and took lots of pics for best memories. The owner is very responsive to messages and helpful.
