Awesome condo and beautifully decorated

Everything was great. But the elevator was broke our whole stay so walking up the big hill wasn’t fun.

Great home away from home. Only thing missing was hot pads/oven mits and a pizza pan. Everything else was provided and looks brand new. Very clean with fantastic views! I will go back afain.

Beautiful well kept place. The owner is responsive and informative. The only downfall was that you had to walk up the hill everytime you ventured to the strip. There is an elevator next door but out of order. Had a great visit!

Another great stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property last November/2024 and loved the Condo and its location. This time, I brought my sister with me for a girls trip and we had a wonderful time. Same as before, it’s clean and furnished beautifully and in the best location! Thanks Warren for another great stay!

Perfect Property

Very nice condo in downtown Gatlinburg

The property was clean and comfy. Presented as listed. Easy check in and the Jacuzzi tub, pool, and hot tub were nice additions. King bed was a little stiff for my wife and I. View from the patios was nice. Location was exceptional.Only complaint I have, and this is more of completing across the platform, is check out procedures. If I'm paying for a cleaning crew, I didn't feel I should have to do much of anything at check out. That's just me.

Guys trip

Fifth stay at Summit manor. The location is excellent, just off the Parkway. Always a great experience! Condo was very clean and furnishings were top shelf. Property owners were very easy to communicate with. The elevator to street level being out of service would have been a major problem for individuals with mobility issues.

Great Condo, Great Owners

This is the second time I've rented from Warren and Renee. The condo was great and we look forward to coming back. The elevator to the strip level was broken, but Warren and Renee told us ahead of time. I hope the HOA and Quality can work together to get it fixed.

Excellent Gatlinburg Condo

We stayed 5 nights leading up to Thanksgiving. Finding the condo was very easy and close to the entrance of the park. My family spends most of our time visiting the park, so quick, easy access to the park was important. But we were also within walking distance to many restaurants in Gatlinburg. The condo was updated and very clean. Being on the fourth floor we had nice views from our balconies. Being a family of four with 2 children, having a second bathroom and a second bedroom with two double beds was a such a bonus. Will certainly stay here again for any future visits.

Perfect in every way!

Upon arrival to this beautiful Condo, we found it spotless and it smelled clean and fresh (just as other reviewers had stated). The decorating and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. The owner is really nice and responds immediately if you have a question. This location is walking distance to all the best restaurants and very close to the entrance of the National Park. Don’t hesitate booking this Condo, we had the best time staying here and we plan on coming back and staying here again. As an extra bonus, we saw bears every day!

Excellent

This property is clean, cozy, convenient and perfect. The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is accessible to everything. There is ample parking, the complex is clean and quiet as well. The unit itself is well stocked, exceptionally clean and has all of the comforts of home. You have the option of stairs or elevator as well. The description of this property is as described also. Thank you again for another spectacular stay.

Beautiful condo in the heart of everything

Loved this condo! Furniture was very comfortable, seasonal decor was beautiful and space was very functional. The condo is also located perfectly to walk to all the main attractions in Gatlinburg and is close to the Roaring Fork motor trail and many entrances to GSMNP

Another Smoky Mountain Experience in the Books

We had a great time and an enjoyable stay at the Condo at the Summit. This is our second stay at the Roberson’s place. Neat, clean and comfortable I would say. Other than lacking cereal bowls, I would say pretty well equipped. Would certainly book again!

Condo

Condo was great. Very clean and was as described in the listing. The location is in the center of town and within walking distance of all activities. Since the condo is located in the back building it was very quite. I would rent this condo again. It felt like home.
