  • Oak Square of Gatlinburg is located in downtown Gatlinburg just steps from Ober Gatlinburg's Aerial Tramway. It offers an indoor heated pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also free wireless internet. The complex is also near several restaurants and within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This unit is a one bedroom with a king bed in the bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 4 burner range stove with oven.

New Years Getaway

This was such a great location for the new years celebration that goes on in Gatlinburg! Clean and it was easy to get ahold of management when we needed it.

Wonderful adventure

Awesome quick walk to downtown also nice to have an indoor and outdoor. But needs to have microwave safe plates

Nice little space

Very close to the strip. Be sure to close the bedroom door when cooking or the fire alarm goes off. Overall a good place to stay

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

Great location, perfect size place for just my husband and I. Although I thought it could have been a little cleaner. Floors felt sticky and baseboards throughout were dirty. Would def stay again though

Great experience

Very good condo in a good location. Clean and neat and bed slept really, not too soft. Only thing was fireplace in picture but doesn't say it's wood only. We were expecting gas logs and no wood was provided so no fireplace, That's not a major game changer and everything else was very good. We would recommend this condo.

The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, perfectly located and had the most comfortable mattress ever, seriously the most comfortable. The space was large enough that we had friends staying in the Hampton come over and play cards. It was everything and more and we will certainly be back.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of our favorite restaurants, and there is a trolley stop on the next corner (almost across the street). The unit is small, but has everything that we need. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Great Unit

My wife and I have stayed at Oak Square Condos many times in numerous different units. This may likely be one of our favorites. The unit was clean. It did not have a lot of clutter where folks try to over decorate. We arrived about 8:30 pm on our check in day. Once we were settled in, the room was just simple relaxing. Just what the Dr. ordered! Our ONLY concern was the bed mattress was too “squishy” for our taste. Great location. Great room. Highly recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stayed in this room for a girls getaway and it was perfect! The room was clean and everything that we needed was there. The beds were soft and comfy and everything was so clean. The location of the condo was perfect and I was so nice to be able to walk out the front door and go straight to the strip that was one road over. It was quiet and away from the noise and traffic of the strip but still close to everything. We look forward to renting again here and can’t wait for our next trip! Highly recommend!!

One elevator was not working. Unit was ok, bedroom TV would not turn on or off with remote. Shower was spraying on ceiling tiles. Refrigerator so loud it was hard to sleep.

One small problem in unit #211 Perfect for what we needed. Separate kitchenette, separate living room and balcony topped our wish list for vacation accommodations. Great location on the heart of Gatlinburg, right next to a creek. Priced reasonably. Saw a cockroach drop out of the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Saw two more in the bathroom over the five days we stayed there. One was small. I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk and he assured me that the exterminators come every two weeks. I suggested that maybe the problem was the unit above this unit. Additionally, I remarked that based on my years in the restaurant industry, I've learned that when you see small roaches, they are the young ones and it means you have a serious infestation. His response to everything I said was "the exterminators come every two weeks". Maybe that means they are in the process of getting it under control. Or maybe that means it is so bad in the wole building, that the externinator comes every two weeks.....year round. Notes to owner: 1) the faux memory foam mattress topper was way more effective than a person with a bad back thought it would be.....BUT it's probably time to get a new mattress. Go the whole hog and get a memory foam mattress. It will last a lot longer than a coil/spring mattress. 2) the sliding door onto the balcony requires too much force to get it to move. Probably time for a new one of those too. 3) ditch satellite for cable. The TV goes out during rain storms

My friends and I love doing the wine trail and not having to drive anywhere at the end of the day was great. They provide a dishes and cooking utensils but there isn't a dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash everything if you cook. We stayed for a weekend with 4 people and it was perfect!
