  • Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It’s a short walk to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed in the bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a small refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.

Not the best Room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in Gatlinburg every year for the past 6-7 years. It is typical to not have the fanciest of rooms but I think this room was in the worst top 3. Negatives: The toilet would not flush, had to lift the lid and pull the chain. Carpet needs to be replaced, along with the bed. Stains on the ceiling. Positives: Nice shower pressure. The sofa and dining room table were of decent quality.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice room, but it did have its issues. The floor had dirt spots in the carpet. The vents were very nasty with brown streaks across them. One of the blankets had a sticky stain on it. Had a hot shower. Tried the jets in the tub once turned on smelled liked sewage. One tv worked and one didnt. The tv that did work only had 1 channel.

Very dated and not maintained well

Reviewer Comments: The room was very dated, large stains on the carpet, mold in the shower, and over half the lightbulbs were out. I asked them twice to replace the lightbulbs, and it didn't happen in 3 days. They also refused to give me clean towels, initially. On day two, there was a large pile of feces left by the elevator that was never cleaned up. Great location, though!

Perfect location

We loved our condo! It was the perfect amount of space and the location couldn’t possibly be beat. You’re just one block away from the busy main strip of Gatlinburg. Close enough for a super short walk to the activity but far enough away not to hear it. Very quiet and relaxing and super simple check-in. And not to mention - extremely affordable. We will be back and will recommend to friends.

Property was VERY dated and just worn out making it look dirty. Wouldn’t recommend in state it was in. Needs remodeling badly.
