Chia and Mary’s cabin was amazing. The cabin is huge. It has everything you could possibly need and then some. Very quiet. Neighbors close but still so much seclusion. Everything was clean. And we even met a friend upon arrival! We hope to visit again soon!

Overall experience was excelllent. It appeared that no one had stayed in the house for some time and was a little musty. After the AC ran a while, it was a lot better. We had 8 people stay and only 6 towels were provided. It would have been nice for the housekeepers to blow off the walkways around the house. Lots of leaves and debris. The house was in a good location and we all had a great time! I would rent it again for sure.

Loved the listing

The cabin was just what we needed for my family and I we would’ve spent the same amount of money on hotel rooms for the same length of time and been much more crowded. This space gave us a chance to spread out not be on top of each other and still have a lot of fun

Excellent Property / Communication

This property is located in a small cul-de-sac. The property is wooded on one side of the property and offers a slight view on the opposite side. There is a designated parking area for the guests staying, which is nice. There are other properties around it. Surprisingly, the neighborhood was very quiet, despite various individuals occupying the properties nearby. The property itself is beautiful. The property offered 1 king master bedroom w/ bathroom, at the highest point of the home. On the main level there was 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper in the livingroom. At the lowest point of the property 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper, in the gaming room/ family theatre area. The property offered various pots / pans, condiments on site, tupperware, bar soap, detergent pods, towels, etc. The grill offered, is a charcoal grill, so be sure to bring charcoal if you plan to grill. However, if there is anything might've forgotten to bring or that you might need, this property is conveniently located 5 minutes away from a grocery store and around the corner from a small cafe. I honestly have absolutley no complaints at all regarding our stay at this location. The only thing I would suggest is more lighting on the deck near the garbage cans, and near the rocking chair area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I do plan to rent this property again, in the future.

Family vacation

Property was exactly what was listed very clean and tidy excellent location. We had a great time! Very easy check in process, quiet neighborhood, the kids loved the room in the basement and when we had any concerns we received a response very quickly! Very close to many stores and attractions. We hope to book again in the near future!

Nice & quiet stay

Family had a great time in Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge is a little further but still conveniently located. Owners were very quick to respond during check in and answered our questions promptly.

Family Fun

We wanted a nice cabin to stay in, one that was reasonably close to the Gatlinburg area, and one that offered the beds we needed for everyone. The cabin exceeded expectations, was perfectly clean and ready for us. We needed to communicate with the property manager during our visit and received prompt responses and support for our questions. Absolutely recommend this location for other families to enjoy.
