New years vacation

Spent a lovely few days in this cabin over new years. Beautiful cabin and location. We got to see a bear finally the day before we left. Everything was amazing. 5 stars all around for this property.

Our stay was great. Nice location, good privacy and beautiful bears. The $150 cleaning fee is steep though.

Perfect size for what we wanted. Close to town while still being in the woods. Seen bears at the property or on the way to the property every day. Would stay here again.

Perfect Couple’s Cabin

We loved this little cabin! Great location - just a short drive from the Gatlinburg strip. Everything worked properly and was just as presented in the listing. Very clean and well kept. Didn’t see any bears this trip.

The overall atmosphere of the cabin was relaxing. Only problem was the narrow driveway not being adequately made known before the booking. Overall, loved the stay.

Cozy Getaway

The cabin was beautiful! We really enjoyed the screened in patio for breakfasts, the hot tub, and feeling surrounded by woods. We even had a bear go right by the patio while we were out there! The property manager was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay! This is little is the perfect getaway. We actually had a different weekend booked but my daughters needed up having a basketball tournament and JJ was there to help me get the dates changed! Communication and accommodations are a 10/10!! He made sure everything was perfect before our arrival and checked on us during our stay. The cabin is the perfect stay for a couple. The bathtub was my favorite! The only downfall was we didn’t get to see any bears during our stay.

Every morning out we saw the momma bear with her two cubs. Evenings we were lucky enough to see the papa bear at least once. Enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!!

My husband and I had a wonderful week! The cabin was adorable, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Close to so many activities but far enough away to enjoy some privacy as well. The property owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had such a wonderful week!!!

Bears, Bears, Bears!

The property is perfect for a two person getaway. There is a nice pullout couch but three would be a crowd. This cabin is far enough up the mountain that you forget that there is a thriving town just a few minutes away. The property is so quiet that a family of bears roamed the area for our entire trip. The bears came and sat in the driveway while we watched from the enclosed porch. Hot tub was nice, clean and there has definitely been recent updates to the cabin. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely weekend at the Firefly Haven! The location was perfect! All of the amenities were wonderful. The only thing I could have enjoyed was a wood fireplace. The fireplace just had candles to burn underneath but it was still nice. I could understand for safety reasons as well. We did get a chance to see mama bear and her 3 cubs which topped off our stay! Thank you again for the great cabin!

Updated and Cozy

Perfect for our family of 3. King bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. Cabin is a great location in the woods and is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg to feel very peaceful and quiet. A bear decided to visit us as we were packing our car to leave and climbed up in a nearby tree to bid us farewell. We really enjoyed our stay in the very updated Firefly Haven. Only thing that would make it even more perfect is if the large screened in porch was maintained/cleaned from spiders and spiderwebs to spend more time outside. Thank you for a delightful stay!
