My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and thought the place was beautiful. Check in was easy and checkout procedures was minimal. We only had one issue during our stay. I don’t usually give bad feedback but on our first night we discovered the shower drain was clogged. This could have been fixed and prevented before our arrival if the cleaning crew would have addressed this and had it took care of. I wouldn’t have even minded if we were told that someone would stop by that evening or night to have the issue fixed and not to use the shower. Sadly to say I got in the shower only to step in dirty soap scum and the water not going down. This was already really late in the night so we couldn’t address this until morning. So my husband tried to get it as much of the hair that was clogging the drain out but even with the amount of hair took out the water still didn’t want to drain properly. We contacted our host first thing in the morning and was assured they would send someone out as soon as they could. The issue was fixed but it was not fun having to shut the water off during each different step of showering so you didn’t have to shower in filth. I do applaud them for their quick response.

Weekend getaway

Home was just as described- perfect location and very clean property. Property manager was great with communication prior to arrival! We had no concerns whatsoever - We are hoping to go back and enjoy for a longer time!

Cabin was nice location a struggle

The cabin itself was nice. It absolutely is not private or secluded had to do some improvising with curtains on hot tub deck. Seemed like someone was always watching you. The dogs down hill were obnoxious but dogs will be dogs. Don’t get me wrong the cabin was nice theatre room was cool. View of mountains is really limited.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I came to Gatlinburg for our Anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with the cabin! Excellent customer service with check in. The cabin was very close to downtown Gatlinburg which was a plus! The views were amazing! Would definitely rebook if we come back to the area! 10 out of 10!!

This place is awesome!

Everything was perfect and the house was located less than 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! Check in/out was super easy and the hosts are great. There is so much to see here we will definitely be back!

Perfect couple getaway

This property was nothing short of amazing ! We had no issues with anything there. The property was clean and well put together. You could tell the owners were very thoughtful in the design when it comes to the romantic feel. I will definitely be booking again. Thinking about making it a yearly trip for us !

Great Honeymoon Cabin!

The quality and attention to detail of this property were amazing. Great location, close to everything! We were impressed by the cleanliness of the water features - pool & hot tub! It was very nicely setup with nearly all the basics we neeeed to get our stay going - kitchenware, toliletries, etc. Highly recommend!

Great property

Great stay close to the strip in gatlinburg, easy to get to and from with out getting stuck in traffic from strip. Only down side was lots of dogs close by that liked to bark but they seemed to be put up at night so it wasnt to bad.

Beautiful Fun Getaway

Amazing cabin with awesome amenities! My husband and I didnt leave the cabin during our anniversary trip! We have already talked about booking again. The only reason for the 4 for location is the neighboring property had loud dogs which kept my pooch on edge.

Mountain Getaway

Everything was great! The property was exactly how it was described and shown in the pictures. The property manager was great as well - they were super responsive, always friendly, and always making sure that we didn't need anything else or have any complaints during our stay. Beautiful!

Everything was perfect. Seems like a new home. Got to see a bear within the first hour of being there. Every spot in the house was perfectly thought of. So beautiful and very romantic for a getaway with my husband. We will be back for sure!!

This is the relaxing vaca we needed. Everything was exactly how they described and pictured. No fence for the pup. However, there is a great dog park about 15 min from the cabin. Other than the dog park and grocery shopping, we didn't need to leave his cabin.

Very nice place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Nice location, not far from gatlinburg. We loved the indoor pool, movie room, game room and hot tub. We are already talking about wanting to go back.
