The room was just as it was presented in the photos. It was our second time at Oak Square and would definitely stay in this room again. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked.

Memorial Day Getaway

The unit was pretty clean. There were a couple minor things that I communicated to the host after the stay, as they did not need resolution for us, but would be good for future guests . We did not have enough towels for our stay in the unit. We had brought pool towels and it worked out Remote did not operate TV in the living room Nothing major and host was very nice and receptive. The unit is a good size for 2 people . Pictures of the unit are accurate .

Easy covered parking , close to elevator and elevator close to room . Unit very clean and well maintained . Walk in shower a plus . Very good amenities! Highly recommended for a couple !

Decent option at the price point

Pros: Condo was clean and stocked with essentials for cooking and plenty of towels. There were lots of K-cups for coffee. The bed was comfortable. The location was good and close to attractions. The indoor pool was warm and clean. The baby pool being separate was an added bonus. Parking was easy and close to the building. There was a space to park my newer car right next to the building where no one would ding it. Cons: The “queen size” futon in the living room was actually a double recliner. So, it doesn’t lay flat and really doesn’t work for two people unless they are use to sleeping on their backs at an incline. The shower was very slippery. There is a bar to stabilize yourself, but it seems like there should be something on the floor to make it less slick. Noise became an issue late at night sometimes with people who sounded intoxicated speaking loudly and laughing in close proximity to the condo. It made it hard to sleep for the person who was staying in the living room and made me feel a little nervous about letting kids sleep in the living room, especially after someone (likely mistakenly) tried to key in a wrong code and enter late at night. No one did actually bother us intentionally though and there were a lot of friendly young families staying in the building as well. So, the issue is more likely thin walls and partiers than any real security issue. Seems like a decent option for couples at a decent price, but better for two people than four.

Short weekend stay

This property was depicted accurately. We stayed here for a 2 day volleyball tournament, and it made the perfect place to stay during down time. The location was very close to all of the Gatlinburg attractions. The room itself is on the back side of the building, so I was a little uneasy at first but it was a quiet area and I became more comfortable over the weekend. The pool kept my kids entertained and was very warm and clean. The only complaint I have is that the room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. It wasn't so dirty that I was completely uncomfortable; however, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the stains on the wall. The only recommendation I have is to maybe do a deep clean of the walls, but the linens and kitchen area were clean. The first thing I do when I get into a room is check for bugs and we didn't run into any pest during our weekend, which is always a plus. We were able to walk 2 minutes to Big Daddies Pizza and have a great meal that wasn't too pricey. I recommend staying here, especially if it is just for a couple days! I don't recommend staying here with 4 adults but 2 adults and maybe a couple kids would be perfect. All in all we were pleased with our stay.

Perfect condo to enjoy the Gatlinburg strip. Easily walkable to the stores, mooshine tastings and restaurants. We love Oak Square for it's location and free parking.

Clean & Comfy

Inside of the home was very nice and comfy, i was on vacation and didn’t even want to go anywhere that’s how comfy it was. The only thing i recommend is that the host update the site to reflect the pull out bed being more of a recliner sofa. My kids were small enough to lie on it comfortably and were excited so it wasn’t a problem just mis represented. Other than that I will definitely book again.

Great Location!

Loved the location, so close to everything and very clean!Only downfall was that the sleeper sofa did not fold flat, it was 2 reclining chairs that stayed at an incline, it was not the sleeping arrangements we expected, but we made it work.

Cozy and updated!

We loved Becky’s little condo. The location is great. Park the car and don’t move it again till time to leave. Very clean, the sheets and towels so smelled great! Big Daddy’s Pizza is very close and was the best meal we had all week!
