  • This two bedroom condominium has a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed and a set of queen bunk beds in the guest bedroom and sleeps 8 persons total. Each of the two bathrooms are full baths. The Master bath has a large jacuzzi and a step in shower. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The large living room has a cozy gas fireplace as well as central heat and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. An individual laundry with washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Good location. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions and restaurants. Unit was dated and spare bedroom beds weren't the most comfortable but everything worked, was clean and the kitchen had enough dishes, utensils, pots & pans for most meals. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were closed for the season but we would probably come back and stay again in the spring.

Park Place is just far enough away from the busy downtown! We was able to walk everywhere then come back to our place and relax with a warm fire and a view of the river!!

Great stay

Awesome condo. Convenient to downtown but off the beaten path and quiet. The creek was peaceful and condo was spotless!

Rented this condo for a girls Halloween weekend. The condo was clean and very comfy. Great location to walk Gatlinburg for shopping and restaurants! The fireplace was a nice touch to our evenings for back to back horror movies. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek and was so excited that we got to see a black bear cross the water! so much fun and such a great place. Would rent this again!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Park Place for years and after a change of plans while we were in north Georgia, we called for a one night stay on the way home. They had a minimum two night stay during peak leaf season, but we thought it was worth a call since it was mid-week. They were great in getting us a room and everything was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: The location of complex is great but the unit needs serious updating The master toilet basically rocked on its base so definitely needs to be replaced. The washer would cycle on/off randomly so your clothes were never washed. And the couch is basically falling apart. Next time I visit we will rent another unit for sure.
