Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. It would have been nice for some family fun. Overall, our stay was great. Clise to ober mountain town and ski adventure park. Pigeon forge is just a 25 min drive and Dollywood was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!!!

House was great for what we needed this short getaway. The view from the hot tub is amazing. Justin was extremely responsive and helped make sure we had everything we needed. Just make sure you watch the road driving to and from or you’ll take an expedited trip to the bottom! We did see 6 bears on our way to dinner on our last night so keep eyes open for them.

Such a great place to stay. The view here is AMAZING. This was our first visit to Gatlinburg and staying here made it nice. We saw 4 bears and 2 baby bears while staying. We like that it was so high up and on a cul-de-sac. Place was clean but the inside couch and outside couch had few stain spots on them, not a issue though.Communication time was quick n easy. Definitely would stay here again.

WARNING: MOUSE INFESTATION. There were mice running on counter tops, woke up to mouse droppings everywhere. Counter top covered in poop, dining room table had mouse droppings all over it. The floors had poop everywhere, you couldn’t even walk barefoot in the house or even sit on couch due to mouse feces. There was a mouse nest inside of couch. We contacted host and they first told us they would take care of the mice problem after we left. We told them that was unacceptable. We had to be out of the house for two days. First day for them to come clean it up and to contact an exterminator. Second day they were supposed to have an exterminator come out and that never happened. Went back to mouse poop again. Decided to check out early due to the situation. We had to throw away 80 worth of beef jerky we had just bought from Buccees as well as other food. We couldn’t even use the house, it was disgusting, uncomfortable and unsanitary due to the mice. My daughter has pulmonary lung disease. Mice can cause lung issues as well as other health issues. The host wouldn’t even give us one days worth of refund back. He wouldn’t even call us after VRBO told him to call us. VRBO leaves it up to the host what they want to give back. This host doesn’t care about their customers at all. The host knew the mice were had been a problem there already. Do not stay here unless you wanna be cleaning up mouse poop the whole time and fighting for a refund.

Great location on top of the mountain

This was a great location - on top of the mountain with great views all around. Nice shared pool, comfortable beds, and the host is very responsive and nice! Our family had a great time here and we definitely will be staying again in the future!

Loved it. We would stay again

Very cute. Loved the hot tub. I really loved the openess of the lay out. Loved all the vinyl and tiled floors. We really wanted to be ablebto use the pool.Or at least lay out by it to tan. But it was not open. The dogs loved it too. Very quite. A small yard but placed to walk the dogs down the road..They only suppied one towel per person. Which was a little challeging trying to use for hot tub and showers. Overall a great stay ..would stay there agsin..

Peaceful & Views

Immediately loved this place! It's up on top the mountain (only about 15/20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg or pigeon forge) but it was so peaceful and quiet and we had amazing views! After putting the little to bed at night we would sit in the hot tub and relax. It was so nice to have a full house and feel like we were in the middle of the woods it was so quiet. Place was clean, beds comfy. And had everything you'd need. We did lots of hiking and this place is easy to get to the Smoky mountains to hike!

Weekend trip

I had a great time - the property was even nicer in person! Views were breathtaking. Easy to get downtown and to some trails in the area. The cabin is incredible, hot tub was great as well. Very spacious and plenty of privacy between the two bedrooms. I would definitely stay again. Justin was great and responsive as well!

Wonderful experience

We stayed for 3 nights. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Shane checked in with us often to made sure we enjoyed our stay. Shane even updated us about the weather to make sure we have safe travels. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will be coming back to this cabin again. Thank you.

Great House

Sits on top of the mountain, great views. Beds were super comfortable, and the house was as advertised. The water pressure is the only thing that I wish was better. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and would stay here again In a heartbeat. The hosts were very nice and very easy to communicate with.
