Check in was easy and host communication was good! The condo was decorated so well but big furniture in small places like the master bedroom doesn’t work! Be careful at night getting out of bed and making it to the bathroom without running into the bed which is about the size of the room! The view is amazing!! Make it clear in description before booking that this is on the 4th floor with no elevators so our 87 year old family member struggled with the 4 flights!! Also when we checked out we texted the cleaners. A few hrs later I got a text asking me if someone got sick! That was it! I texted back No, why and no response!! Wasn’t sure what that was about!! Aside from these issues it was a great condo and would most likely rent again in the future!

Awesome time. the one thing I do wish they would’ve put in the description is that it was on the third floor with no elevator. Other than that, we had a fantastic time. Great clean living space.

The property was wonderful. It was perfect for us and our 2 teenage girls, 15 and 16. Our 15 year old has POTS, a cardiac condition so the loft was the perfect place for her when she needed a place to rest. The owner's sent us everything we needed about the property (and things to do in the area) well ahead of time so the process of checking in and out was a breeze.The view was perfect and we loved watching the city lights at night. Wonderful property and so grateful for the stay.

Fantastic views and cozy atmosphere!

The entire drive to the condo offers great views, and it's about as close to the park as you can get without being in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was a little smaller than we expected, but had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were great as well!

Great location!

We had a great time at the rental. It was exactly as stated/shown. The location was great, awesome mountain views. The condo is just across the parking lot from the pool and hot tub which was great with kids. We would definitely go back!

Another great stay

This was our second stay in this unit, and we enjoyed it very much. The view from the balcony of the mountains and Pigeon Forge is amazing. The condo is clean and well furnished. We saw bears every night on the road up the mountain, and wild turkeys in the woods behind the building!

Gatlinburg Adventure

Wonderful condo, so clean and everything we needed. The trip was amazing and we saw so many bears right under our condo deck!! The scenery and sunsets from our condo were just beautiful! Would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view off the balcony was beautiful! I accidentally left a few necklaces behind and the owner contacted me and offered to mail them. We saw two bears in the parking lot one night, one of which was getting into a family’s cooler as we arrived home one night, so heed the warnings about taking all food out of your car! The bed in the loft has a large skylight right above the bed. If you are an early riser, this won’t be an issue. If you like to sleep in a bit (like my son), bring a sleep mask!

Wonderful Stay

Our family really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere inside, our daughter absolutely loved the bears all around. Unfortunately, due to incoming weather, we were sad to have to leave a night early.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is great. The view of the mountains is beautiful. You can see all of Pigeon Forge from the balcony. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The only thing that was not so accurate when we were looking online is that it was an appartment. It listed as a challet. Despite that being misleading the apartment was very nice and clean. We had no issues

cute condo in the mountains

condo was clean and nice location convenient to town the owner was flexible with travel dates as we had to change them twice! the check in was simple and so was check out the condo was well stocked didn't use anything in kitchen brought own paper products so cant speak to that but looked like there was plenty of items for use. the kitchen is pretty tiny so not many people can fit at one time but is useful enough for what we needed as we ate most meals out. we only spent a weekend there but we did see bears outside so that was great!

Best Views!

This condo was perfect for our family! Close enough to Gatlinburg, but yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The most gorgeous views of the mountains from the balcony. Kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed. Clean and decorated adorably! Definitely recommend!!!!

Lazy Bear Summit

Condo clean however toaster was nasty, no bowls, not enough towels and had to pay to wash Amenities not what we expected for the price. Steps were definitely an obstacle and in door pool under renovation. We would not book this property again.

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay while in Gatlinburg. A nice view off the balcony and even had a bear sighting from the back tree line. Clean, nicely equipped, and the kids enjoyed taking turns in the loft. Overall good stay.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Each of us had our own space to just relax. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The property owner was very quick to respond to a minor issue we had. Would highly recommend.

Patton stay

The condo was very nice and provided the room and amenities that we wanted. The overall condition of the entire development needs work. The buildings are aging and are showing obvious signs of that age. The property owner was very helpful and delivered on all commitments.
