When we arrived, couldn’t get in the cabin. I called host and he took care of it very quickly. The house was very clean and everything seemed to work. I hadn’t noticed there wasn’t a living room and that would have been nice. We ended up spending time in the kitchen and on the very spacious deck. The grandkids loved the pool, hot tub, and's games. The hot tub was very nice. On our last night, we got word from neighbors that a bear had been spotted around us for the past 3 days. That evening we went outside looking for bears and I found one in the woods behind the cabin. There was another one across the street. We had a wonderful time!

We took our family of 6 to stay for a couple of nights and this was a wonderful experience. It was extremely clean and well equipped with plenty of stuff to keep the kiddos busy. The porches were my favorite spot to sit of the evenings.

We had a great experience. The first day we arrived the pool was extremely hot. We told the owners and they immediately contacted maintenance to come out. The next morning it was still hot and they sent someone else out. They turned the heater pump off and the following day it was much colder. Tuesday it was perfect temperature after getting it all figured out. Wish we had more time for the pool but it was a great experience. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The first night back to the cabin we seen a black bear at the end of the road. Super cool. It was very peaceful and quiet. The owners were amazing and were very understanding and was excellent at communicating!! Will be back again soon.

Family trip

We had a great stay here. Place was very clean and peaceful. We saw a baby bear one morning and then the day before we left saw a momma and 3 cubs down the road a short distance. The only down fall was there are very minimal pots and pans and not in the best shape. I did have to go buy a scratch pad and clean them before I could use what was there because they had at food stuck to the skillets. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just relaxing in the decks and playing the games in the game room. Jenna was a big hit with us.

We really enjoyed our stay. The properity was clean and had plenty of room. There is a lack of livingroom space, but it was not an issue for us. The drive was not difficult and fully paved. There is plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles. Neighborhood was quiest and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. It's a short drive to all the sites Gatlinburg has to offer. We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing mountain getaway !!

My husband and I stayed a week for our 25th anniversary and everything was wonderful, just as stated on VRBO. The host were responsive if needed. The cabin was spacious, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked pretty well, the game room was a lot of fun. The cabin is close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for lots of activities to see and do. The pool water was a little too cold for our comfort, but we used the hot tub lots. I'm pretty sure kids wouldn't mind it . We saw bears several times, and just be aware that they do try to get into vehicles. Loved the balconies to view them from safely. The only thing I would change to make the cabin a little more safe would be to add stair runners, not sure if I'm just clumsy but they get slippery. Would love to come back sometime. Thanks for sharing your beautiful, peaceful cabin with us.

Easter weekend

Very nice cabin. Very spacious. As other people have said only real bad part is lack of a living room with a couch. Wasn't a bog deal cause we mostly played board games at night. Did have a black bear open my car door so make sure you lock your doors. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Getaway Location

We had a great three night experience at this location. The quietness and location was great for us. The only “negatives” we would say was the toilet on the 3rd floor, the daybed mattress and no closet on the 2nd floor bedroom. For the toilet, it was so loose that it would hardly flush at all and would get stopped up with just a few pieces of toilet paper. So we just used the other toilets during our stay. For the 2nd floor bedroom, there is no closet and all the extra linen is in that bedroom’s dresser. So it can make it difficult for someone to stay in that room unless they are okay with living out of their suitcase. For the daybed mattress, we pulled back the sheet to tuck in our little girl for the night and there was food crumbs and stains on the sheet. Then we pulled back the mattress cover and the mattress is self had several stains on it. However, everything else was perfect. The layout, newness of everything, pool, hot tub, etc. We would recommend to anyone with hopes the above issues will be corrected.

Multigenerational girls trip

We were on a trip with grandma, two daughters and three teenage granddaughters and this property was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed having a different level for each bedroom, allowing for different sleep/awake times. Our teens enjoyed the top level with the pool table and deck with outdoor couch. They also used the indoor pool and hot tub daily. The only drawback to the property was not having a living room space, but the weather was good and we spent time together on the decks. Location is great to enjoy area towns and the Smokey Mountain National Park.

We Will Be Back!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this cabin! It was everything we wanted in a cabin and more. Our kids stayed busy between the games and pool/hot tub. It was only a few miles from Gatlinburg but still felt pretty secluded. We got a visit from a mama bear and her 3 cubs; it was the coolest part of the whole trip! They played in the back yard for an hour and came on the back porch up to the door (make sure you keep the doors locked!) They even pulled the hot tub cover off and drank the water. Thank you for the great stay! :)
