  • This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a large step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The upstairs loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We never used the front bedroom, and none of the bunk beds. Used 1 bowl and 1 coffee mug. We left it clean and just as we found it! Thank you for our gast weekend getaway!

This property is easy walking distance to downtown and perfect for our needs. We would have given a 5 star except both patio doors to the balcony did not lock. We were on the 4th floor traveling with young children and this caused a safety concern. Also when returning to the property in the evening there was not enough parking. We had to park a distance away and walk back. Several vehicles had to park in no parking zones.

Best of all Gatlinburg lodging

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve really enjoyed staying in these condos. They are close to the “action” of town but still secluded with a wonderful brook flowing outside of the apartment. Plenty of room for family and a kitchen to prepare a little or a lot whenever the mood hits.

Great location, nice setup for a large family.

We rented this property for spring break with our family and we were extremely happy. The setup worked well for a large group of 8 and the location was fantastic for going into the park without hitting traffic. It’s close enough to downtown to walk to most attractions, yet far enough away to miss the noise of the main streets. The on-site management was great to work with throughout our stay.

Park Place Condos

We stayed at the condo instead of getting a hotel as we were in town for almost a week. Everything was great! The view and size of the balcony were lovely. The rooms were spacious and it the perfect size for our party of 6.

Fun Family Christmas

Quaint condo that was exactly as it appeared in the photos. We had 9 adults and 1 child. Everyone was comfortable the entire time. Kitchen is nicely equipped to serve 10. Great location. Loved the balcony overlooking the water. Close enough to the strip to walk. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Awesome location and clean condo! Walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. My only complaint is there was very little toiletries provided, so we had to buy soap, toilet paper, and shampoo on the first day. That would have been fine if I knew ahead of time.

Property exactly as described!

Our group consisted of grandparents plus a family of four children ranging in age from 11 to 20. The property is clean well equipped and perfect for a group such as ours. My husband uses a walker and the accessibility for him was terrific. You’re close to every activity in Gatlinburg plus you’re secluded from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We loved being close to the park entrance. Accessibility to restaurants was great. The mountain stream just outside the balcony was lovely. Great weekend.

Reviewer Comments: we rented side by side units for our large family gathering and thank goodness this was one. We mostly gathered in this unit because the other one did not have many of the things needed to accommodate a group. It rained most of the time we were there so we cooked and played games out of the closet. It is nice to have a laundry that works and enough utensils to stir a pot of beans or a spatula to flip pancakes. The next door unit had none of this and other things that were in disrepair. Thanks to your lovely unit our family gathering was a great time.
