- Tranquil Moments is a beautiful log cabin with 2 primary king bedrooms, a hot tub, seasonal gas fireplace, and an arcade game! Located in Gatlinburg, Tranquil Moments is not only close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Gatlinburg strip, but it is also the perfect cabin to relax and rest at after your busy days in town. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of sweet tea and curl up in the cozy living room or settle into a rocking chair on the back deck- whatever you choose, Tranquil Moments is an ideal choice for your Smoky Mountain vacation!

Tranquil Moments
Enjoyed our stay. It was a nice getaway from the crowds in Gatlinburg. The cabin worked so well for our family. The staff was fantastic too. Great hospitality!

Nice and quiet place to stay
Nice cabin away from the tourist areas in a quiet setting. Kids liked playing the video games.

Good Cabin for a small family
We have made the trip up to Gatlinburg for Christmas twice now. We always look for a 2 bed room, since we have two small children.
We found Tranquil Moments and feel like it was a great cabin for us. The hot tub was nice, the gas fireplace was also nice to have. Although, its also connected to one of the bedrooms (glass on both sides), which can be troubling at times.
The kitchen was standard and had a nice selection of cookware, dishes, and utensils.
The rooms were split and my wife and I chose the one without the fireplace... The kids stayed in there and enjoyed the glow of the fire while it was on.
Our room was setup nicely. There was one odd feature we couldn't figure out. The bedroom had a window that could be opened up into the bathroom right over the jacuzzi tub... Very interesting.
Both rooms had doors out to the back deck, the views were decent with some trees blocking most of the mountain view, but it was still nice to wake up to.
The Negatives:
-One jacuzzi tub did not have a stopper for the drain.
-The other one did not have working jets.
-The Christmas lights on the front porch did not work, no matter what I tried.
-The main room layout is pretty packed... The couches, kitchen table, and air-hockey table are all packed in pretty close together.
-The air-hockey table did not full work... It would turn on, but not keep score.

Great family vacation.
The cabin was perfect. Secluded but not far from the mountains, downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked with everything needed.
