  • This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking. This is a pet friendly unit.

Great stay!

Great location and comfortable place. Plenty of room and kitchen is well supplied. The only downside for me would be the very noisy heating unit.

Great place to stay

Easy ck in. Always messagwd me back. Also gave us 2 free tickets to a show and easy ck out. Even gave me a late ck out. Loved this place sooooo much. It was close to everything which was great since my dad is disabled and could ride his scooter everywhere.

Nice cozy place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location although it is a bit far from the center of Gatlinburg, it is tucked away from all the crowds with a large balcony over the mountain stream. Very pet friendly. The condo is a little outdated but it is fine for a vacation rental.

The condo (three eleven) was pet friendly and appeared clean but the living, dining and two bed rooms were all carpeted and somewhat stained. Can't understand why they wouldn't replace it with an easy to clean laminate. The condo itself was quite roomy and had everything we needed for our eight night stay. The cable and wifi worked well and the beds were pretty comfortable. The livingroom sofa and loveseat were comfy too, although all the furnishing, fixtures, lighting, shower curtain and bedspreads were extremely dated (ninety's at best) but again everything was clean (minus the carpeting) and the location was perfect! I've stayed in the hotel across from it before and I enjoyed being right at the last stoplight on the parkway before heading into the smokies. The Gatlinburg Trail (dogs allowed) is an easy two mile hike to the Sugarlands Visitor Center and literally right around the corner from Park Place on the River. And the nightly rate was defintely reasonable in comparison to other rentals with the same sq ft and amenities. I would definitely stay here in the future, if available, and would recommend it to others. Oh and Donna, the office manager, was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcomed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 4 nights in November. The location is great since it is in town and near the national park. The condos are a bit dated. Check in was smooth. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I did have to go back to the office and ask for a hair dryer since there wasn't one in the unit. We had a view of the woods and it was very quiet. Another good thing was the directions for the TV. I have stayed in condos where there are several remotes and no directions. This place had very clear directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near to the Gatlinburg strip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 days in the Park place condo. We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. It an old place but is at super good location, we can walk to the Gatlinburg strip and access most of the attractions doing walk and no need to drive. The staff are very respectful and pleasing with the customers, they were very helpful when I needed extra sheets and towels. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. Though they could upgrade the kitchen with good quality utensils. We had good time at the swimming pool and the hot tub. We would definitely like to come again to this place and would highly recommend for families.

Clean and convenient but aging badly

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility is very conveniently located to downtown and the park entrance. The decor and furniture in this unit are nice but dated. Donna is a pleasure to work with. We didn't use the stove, washer or dryer but the other big things worked, except the jacuzzi, which doesn't even have controls to operate. The plug in the jacuzzi doesn't retain the water. Faucet handles in both baths are broken. Venentian blinds and sliding screen doors to the nice balcony are old and don't work smoothly. As forewarned, there is limited hot water. The garbage disposal and fans in both baths are very loud. Handles on bedroom dressers are loose if not broken. There was no hair dryer but Donna brought us one upon request.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Park Place and will stay there again. The front office is very pleasant to work with. We were satisfied with room 311. It is alittle outdated but worked fine for us. There were a couple things that I would suggest addressing - the master bedroom bathroom has a broken faucet and lamp that doesnt work. The kitchen could be stocked alittle more and the coffee pot could be updated. These things are minor but make a difference in someone's stay. We would stay there again though.
