Convenient Location Condo needs updates and TLC!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of PP! It’s quiet and convenient to downtown and the people are super nice there. However, condo 303 is in need of some TLC! Needs updating...mold in bathroom around air vent...in top of shower...big holeIn door. Overall cleanliness was ok...it’s just hard to get past a few things. The beds are comfy but are just laying there on top of metal frames and look really old. If some TLC was given and they required the owners to update and maintain the condos I would have zero complaints.

A peaceful place

This was a great rental for us with our 2 adult children. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out. We walked all over Gatlinburg and avoided tons of time in traffic. We were close to trolley stops, but opted to walk to where we wanted to go. We only drove one day when we wanted to go tubing on the river.
