The place was nice and cozy! Had a nice view. Only thing I would recommend is getting the hot tubs in the indoor site cleaned.

I’m giving this stay a 4/5 mainly because of the neighbors next door. Communication with the host was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. However, the guests (or residents) next door were extremely loud every night during our stay, with constant yelling and disruptive behavior that made it hard to sleep. As a newlywed, I understand that some noise is normal, but this was excessive and very disrespectful. Aside from that, it was a cozy place with beautiful views and a great overall experience.

This was an adorable place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and loved it. Very quiet, clean, peaceful and had an amazing view! Information on checking in and out was easy and sent in a very timely manner. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again in the future!

Best Views around for the price!

We have stayed at this studio for the 2nd year in a row. We love waking up with the Mountains as our view! The only negatives I have are that the lot and stairs were not salted when we arrived. This is move of the complex issue than the owner.Also - the couch is not very comfy. But -we really aren't there that much!

The best view of Mount LeConte!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. It was a great location to get to several hiking trails and the main drag in Gatlinburg. So cool to climb Mount LeConte then have a perfect view of it from our room! Property was clean and exactly as described. It is UP on the mountain, though, so drive with caution, especially in the winter.

Mini Vacation

My husband and I booked this condo for a mini vacation that we desperately needed since having our first child! It was absolutely gorgeous very clean and quiet we watched the sunrise over the mountains in the morning and were very close to all the attractions for our afternoon fun! Will 100% book again!

The view is indescribable. The condo is so cozy. If you’re looking for just a small, homey stay with a beautiful view, book this one now. Wood fireplace, large tv, WiFi included and private balcony. Myself, my husband & our 4 year old loved our stay. Futon for the little & queen size bed for ourselves. Studio condo.

Nice remote place!

If you want a nice view and quiet place to stay this is your place. It was affordable, clean, and cozy. The only drag was the drive up and down the mountain which isn’t too bad. Perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Closer to Gatlinburg of course, which you can see downtown and all of the lights at night.

Summer getaway

We had a great stay. We were on the second floor in the back with a balcony and had great views of the city below. We got to see a few bears at the property. I'll try to get some pics posted on Google reviews. Great views of the morning sunrise coming up over the mountains. Just note the main road(approximately 3ish miles to get up to the condos is very steep and a lot of sharp curves so be sure you have a vehicle to handle it. The listing said "with hot tub" in title, but there was no hot tub unless it's a whole complex use on the property somewhere. There was a pool towards the entrance, but it's small and was usually full with little ones. The person in charge of the rental did send a couple text messages to check in and make sure everything was going well. Would stay again if we make our way back to TN. Thanks for the experience!

Perfect for two!!

We stayed two nights at this studio. The views are breathtaking and we spent a lot of time on the porch just relaxing! We even saw a bear come out of the woods and head for the dumpster! We were very happy to be on the second floor. Neighbors are close by.

Perfect little getaway spot

This property was just as pictured and described. It was the perfect little getaway spot tucked just up the mountainside for my husband and I. The condo is near the top of a mountain and the roads to get there are both very narrow and steep. You’re about 8-10 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and about 15-20 mins from Piegon Forge. Taking off one star for cleanliness as the spare pillows in the closet both had stains on them & the blinds in the bay window were broken. However, for the overall condo, view and location you can’t beat the price!
