Great little place, nice updated interior design, electric fireplace, and private balcony. Had everything we needed. Walk to downtown Gatlinburg was a little longer/ more strenuous than originally expected, could be impactful to elderly, disabled or those traveling with children, but not a game changer for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit.

Location is great. We walked to mainstreet everyday. Great not to have to worry about parking. Centrally located to the Sky park, Anakeesta and Ober mountain. Saw a bear from our balcony. Enjoyed our stay!

I'd give it a 9/10. Overall condition of the condo was fantastic. Well decorated, well stocked with amenities, check-in was a breeze, location is great with convenient walking access to the strip. Our only megative was the bed. It's a very firm mattress and my wife and I didn't sleep too great.

Cute, cozy condo. We loved staying here. Easy walk into Gatlinburg. Also, just a short drive to the Smoky Mountains. We even saw a mama black bear in the parking lot and her cubs in a nearby tree! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was perfect and was actually in walking distance to the strip. It would be a nice add on to have listed to leave out the back of the property and head down the stairs, head to the right of comfort in and turn right, go down the road till you hit the strip. It took us a bit of figuring out where to go exactly. Very comfortable and host was very nice and gave lots of information. Would recommend 10/10.

Close to busy downtown

Location was great as far as being just blocks away and walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. The negative to that is always having to drive through traffic when coming and going in vehicle. Felt very safe in neighborhood, even when a bear came strolling through the parking lot! Overall pleased.

Getaway to Gatlinburg

We enjoyed the stay. Everything went great. It was clean, great amenities, and nice balcony. We particularly liked the stairs out the back of the property to make it super easy to walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!
