This was a great location for access to downtown Gatlinburg and we even walked to the NP for a short hike. Everything was clean, and perfect for 2 adults. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This place had a good view of the mountain and was far enough off of the man strip to feel private yet also not far at all. The fireplace was as expected and I was so happy to have the elevator working since this place was on the fifth floor. That being said, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was probably cleaned after the last tenant, but it didn’t appear to be checked before our arrival. There were multiple dead bugs around, dust on the bedframe, and one of the stovetop eyes wasn’t working. We got to the condo before it snowed but since the property is on a hill, it was hard to get in and out of. Nobody cleared out the snow and ice from the driveway and parking lot. We got stuck a few times and I had to park in the lower lot the last day as I couldn’t make it up the hill. I reached out to the owner about this but didn’t hear back until the next day when we were about to check out.

This property is perfect for anyone who is active and would like to walk from the condo to downtown Gatlinburg. We did this both days of our stay. Rihannon was kind and responded quickly to an issue we had with the fireplace. The place was not huge, but it was spacious enough for my husband and me to have plenty of room. I even worked out with my yoga mat each morning in the entryway/living room area. We talked after the trip and said we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Perfect location, at the end of the strip so can just walk to everything on the parkway. If you have mobility issues, walking back could be a problem, as the walk is at an incline, then climb up several stairs up to the parking lot, then walk up a small steep hill in the lot to get to the building. We definitely got our exercise lol The unit was clean and cozy, perfect size for 2 people. View from balcony very pretty. Wifi worked great, and owner is accommodating and quick to respond to any questions! We loved our stay.

Rhiannon let us know ahead of time that the elevator was broken and asked if we wanted to move our vacation which I thought was very considerate. Check in process was smooth and response time from host also great. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg; a little more difficult coming back as it’s up a hill. Room was clean and as described. Definitely recommend.

The condo itself was very clean well stocked. The bed on the other hand was hard an uncomfortable! Tthe propertys elevator was broken all weekend which made for uncomfortable stay having to walk 20 flights of stairs each time you came an went..

Great place to stay

Loved the location of the condo. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. I have only one complaint but there is anything you could do about it. We were unable to enjoy our balcony in the evening when the sun went down. The guests in the condo below us were out on their balcony smoking every evening. We are non- smokers and cant stand the smell of it. We just stayed inside our room.

Cozy spot with nice view

Great views with the property at the top of a hill overlooking Gatlinburg. Inside is clean and has everything you need. Downtown is definitely walkable and we did it the first night, but we chose to drive to the 10 city parking deck at the bottom of said hill on hot June days. Would stay again.

We booked last minute for a weekend getaway and the place was perfect! We were able to walk to and from downtown everyday (mild walk). The place was very clean and well kept. Owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Short, Sweet, Serene

I can’t overstate how great of a stay this was! The host was timely and exhibited impeccable communication. I had gotten myself locked out of the condo I was staying in, the host was able to verify me and helped me get back in - all less than 5 minutes. The condo was CLEAN. I could have eaten off the floor. The bed was comfortable. There were toiletries! There were multiple toilet paper rolls! The host thought of everything. I highly recommend and suggest this host, place, and location. It was phenomenal. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there!
