Oak Square 310 sits on River Road, one street back from the Parkway — close enough to walk to the restaurants, the shops, and the whole downtown strip, far enough back that guests keep telling us the same thing: it was surprisingly quiet. One put it plainly: never heard anyone else.

🚶 EVERYTHING WITHIN A WALK
Park once in the on-site lot and leave the car there. Downtown Gatlinburg starts a few minutes from the front door — dinner, coffee, the candy shops, the arcades, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Space Needle, Anakeesta. Guests routinely walk to dinner and stroll back after dark. Gatlinburg’s free trolley runs nearby if you’d rather ride, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is a short drive.

🛏️ A ONE-BEDROOM SET UP FOR REAL REST
A king bed guests call very comfortable. A sectional big enough to actually stretch out on. A fireplace for cool Smoky Mountain evenings and a Smart TV for the night you decide not to go back out. Central heat and A/C, linens and towels provided, and the small stuff already handled — shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets.

Sleeps three: the king, plus a Murphy bed in the bedroom and a trundle in the living area. It’s a natural fit for a couple, and it works just as well for grandparents bringing a grandchild along — that happens here more than you’d guess.

☕ A KITCHENETTE, HONESTLY DESCRIBED
This is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen: refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, a dining table, and wine glasses. Ideal for coffee on the couch, breakfast before a hike, and a glass of wine after. For dinner you’re a walk from a hundred options — which is the point.

🏊 TWO POOLS
The indoor pool is open year-round, which makes it the reliable move on a hot August afternoon or a cold January one. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day when you want sun.

🔑 ARRIVAL IS THE EASY PART
Keyless entry — your door code arrives the morning of check-in once your renter’s agreement is signed. No key pickup, no meeting anyone, no waiting around. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM, and there’s on-site parking in the community lot.
