The host was great at communicating. However, we got to the house on January 16th and it was still decorated for Christmas. We had to take it all down so we could decorate for our event and then put it all back up at the end of our stay. It was incredibly annoying to have to deal with Christmas decor that late into January. There were also stink bugs EVERYWHERE upstairs. I killed four in the bathroom in less than two hours. I don’t know where they came from but they would not go away.

The lighting was an issue - not able to use bedside lamps & no dimmer switches anywhereThe pool & hottub were heated well but definitely need some update & care & cleaning The kitchen isn’t super stocked - you need your own coffee filters! & leftover wrap/foil/containersThe bedrooms each have their own bathrooms which is nice but no closets anywhere

The house and the view was amazing!! The house wasn’t as clean as we expected it to be because the shower curtains weren’t cleaned and the bathroom upstairs wasn’t cleaned. The porches were dirty and there were bugs all inside the patio furniture and the grill was also not clean. Lastly there were a lot of dust and webs inside the house. Overall the property was beautiful and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Cabin was very nice but not brand new needed a swing or some chairs on one deck it showed hammock chairs in the picture the chains were there but chairs weren’t.We really enjoyed our 3 days there we would book it again very accessible from pigeon Forge

We all enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. Our cabin offered fantastic views from the decks, and the neighborhood was very nice with breathtaking views of the Smokeys. I didn’t give 5 stars because the place was advertised as “sleeps 12” but it only provided sleeping space for 8 or 9 if you used the futon. The gameroom provided entertainment for the young adults in the family, but the pool sticks have definitely seen better days and there was no chalk for playing pool. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers for everyone. We enjoyed the entertainment and shopping in Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge.

The cabin was really nice. I loved the location. It had great a great view of the mountains and the fireworks at Dollywood. It had nice amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I was really disappointed in the hot tub. We could not get it to work for nothing and it needed to be really cleaned. But overall it was a great cabin.

The location was amazing and the views were incredible from the back porch!! The host was great at communication and answered our questions quickly. I’m giving it 4 stars because we felt like the fixtures in the home were worn and some amenities were missing. Examples: no coffee filters for coffee pot. Only two small pouches of coffee which made only two cups and we were staying 2 nights. No can opener to be found in the kitchen which made making dinner challenging. The oven door didn’t seem to close all the way and a lot of heat was coming out. The light above the stove didn’t work. The corn hole set was broken. A lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work and the toiletries like soap were sparse.

We enjoyed the wrap around deck with the most amazing views. We also enjoyed the community pools, hiking the trails, Anakeesta and The Island. It was our second trip to the Smokey Mountains and we’ll be back!

Birthday Retreat!

I took my husband to Gatlingburg to celebrate his birthday. We celebrated my birthday a few years ago in November at a different location. We loved the cabin! After navigating up the mountain, which was definitely interesting, the cabin was fabulous! We loved the amenities and ended up spending most of our days and evenings on the wonderful porch. My husband wanted to relax and enjoy the scenery and that's what we did. I didn't plan that we would cook real meals but that's what he wanted to do so we went to Pidgeon Forge and found a grocery store and bought groceries. It was relaxing and very comfortable. I would definitely book this location again! We even got a bonus fireworks display on his birthday because Dollywood was celebrating its 40th anniversary!

Great location

The location is perfect, the pools at the clubhouses are a big perk. Beautiful views from the deck. The drive to the cabin was what you should expect when staying in the mountains. We saw bears while we were on the deck. Nice amenities. The only issue we had was the deck was filthy. Everyone’s feet were black after walking on it, and there were tons of spider webs on the lights on the deck. It really needs a good pressure wash and spray for the spiders. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great vacation…even in the rain!

It rained the entire time we were in Gatlinburg. Did it ruin our trip? NO! Why? Because we stayed in the most wonderful home…complete with a game room and an indoor pool! The cabin was beautifully decorated. It had every amenity imaginable. It was incredibly clean and our host was lovely to deal with. The cabin is located in a beautiful area, high atop a mountain. There were 3 pool/clubhouse areas available to us. We also had a mama bear and her 2 cubs staying in the woods across the street. What a wonderful experience and I fully recommend it to you!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a great family weekend. The cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing. The cabin has everything you could ever need. The kids, as well as the adults, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The owner was so gracious and helpful. Our family will definitely book again!
