From the beginning to the end everything was wonderful. The cabin is in a perfect location and all the amenities, game room, hot tub, fire pit, waterfall in the back yard. When I return again I hope this property will be available. We were so close to Ober Mountain for my granddaughter's birthday, she went skiing and snowboarding. This property is an A. My family loved everything about it. Thank you all so much Happy holidays!

Nice stay

The house was exactly as represented in the pictures, the communication with the owners was very quick and helpful, we had a couple issues with things working inside the unit, but the maintenance company Customer Service was impeccable and everything was put into order very quickly. Upon arrival to the home, the kitchen counters had not been wiped off. Door knobs and the kitchen table and the end tables were sticky. The bedsheets in one of the bedrooms did not appear to be clean. It appeared that someone who had stayed in the house previously had knocked over a bottle of pills between the bed and the nightstand, and they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. If the house had been cleaned properly, we would’ve rated our stay at 10. We felt we actually left it cleaner then we found it when we arrived. The game room and the pool/spa were fun and thoroughly enjoyed by our family.

Perfect location, lots of space!!

We had a large family gathering the week of Thanksgiving and this was a great option that we would recommend! Pros: Perfect location just a mile from downtown Gatlinburg. Management company was just a text away, very responsive, easy to work with. House was spacious, clean, had all of the essentials. Great views and outdoor space!! They provided starter items of paper towels, dishwasher pod and bathroom items. Cons: Tiny things could have made this property amazing - Adding hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels Laundry baskets in the closets The main living area is small if you have a large group No seating downstairs in the game room other than the bunk bed The arcade games were fun but we couldn't get the Golden Tee to work Tips - bring your own cleaning supplies to wipe down surfaces; we found the dining tables to be constantly sticky. Bring extra towels Bring your own games / cards / puzzles, speaker for music

Great Spot for a family reunion!

Great location, large home in quiet area. Gatlinburg just a short drive, very easy to get to Pigeon Forge. Love that every room had their own bathroom! Awesome for 12 adults:). Some of features could use some maintenance, the skirting and covers for pool/spa have seen better days and the stream was not operating. Didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. If you like bears, plenty to see and never a threat. Very nice place!

The views from the deck, fire pit and hot tub is absolutely the best! We have a large family and only wish the living room area had more seating. We had plenty of seating in the dining area.

AMAZING

OMG!!! We absolutely LOVED our stay!!!! The cabin was spacious and beautiful with all the amenities we needed. We even got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs. Great time except for one issue

Everything was great with no bad surprises. Only issue was hot tub which did not have the right cover and kept blowing off. Maintenance came and attached bungy cords but it was a haphazard job. One cord was too short and they forced the connection. When trying to take off the cord it broke at the bottom and came up and smacked my adult son in the forehead. Just missed his eye. He was not happy! Maintenance came out the next day and made the proper connection using eyebolts and longer cords.

Great Stay & Experience

Stayed at this property for my 29th birthday along with 7 friends. Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s a really fun, spacious property, perfect for a gathering. The hot tub is MASSIVE, and the smart TV outside was so fun for movies. The property was immaculately clean, great location if you’re spending time downtown Gatlinburg. This is managed however by a company, so know that communication regarding the property will be a bit different than individual owners. For example, when you review the contract you’ll see it says you need to bring your own hand soap which is a bit different (it turns out this is incorrect, you’ll only need hand soap for one of the six bathrooms). You’ll need to download an additional app of theirs vs using VRBO to communicate. I asked leading up to the stay if the TV’s were smart or would require DVDs and they weren’t 100% sure but said they should be smart (they’re smart and they hooked up to wifi just fine!) So just a bit different but a GREAT place to stay and would absolutely rent this spot again.

Wonderful visit, close - neighborhood bear

It was extremely easy to communicate with the property owner via text message when necessary. They were very responsive and helpful. The location of the cabin can’t be beat for getting to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge quickly and easily. Golden Tee was a huge hit and tons of fun for our family. It’s nice to have such a large swim spa but our time in it was limited, we got to watch a bear hang out in the back yard instead. He was foraging for acorns before hibernation. The sound of the creek water was really great and the gas fireplace were also favorites of ours. We go to the area a lot and have stayed in many cabins, this was very nice. Nice view of fall tree colors as well.

Fun in the Creek

My husband and I spent five relaxing, fun-filled days in this cabin with our three adult children & spouses and three grandchildren, ages 5, 3 and 1. Our stay was one of the best we have had in Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked, even plastic plates and cups for the little kids. One suggestion is a second coffee pot for the size of our group. With 8 adults and the generous size coffee mugs, the coffee pot was used a lot! There were four barstools for seating at the kitchen island as well as two large tables with bench seating. The tables were large enough that all of us could sit at one table for a meal. The bedrooms were roomy, the little guy slept in a pack-n-play and that bedroom was not crowded with it. One of the big attractions to this house was having a bathroom with every bedroom. The downstairs was perfect for my son and his family; with a bedroom for the adults and a large bunkbed for the two kids in the game room, they were all happy. We were there during one of July's hottest weeks. We spent a lot of time in the backyard watching the kids play in the little creek/fountain that runs across the back yard. They were well entertained, sitting in the water and playing with their toys. We visited area restaurants and attractions a couple days and were content to spend the other days at the cabin. We had no complaints about anything, never had to request repairs or assistance. We will most definitely consider this house again. And if you are wondering about bears, we saw a bear three mornings as it walked across the ridge by the driveway.

Great place !

From the movie room to the game room, the kids loved it and so did the adults. Perfect location with being close to Gatlinburg but separated enough by the mountain it seemed you were away from everything ! The cabin itself was spacious and great , no complaints here..outside landscaping and waterfalls were great and the kids loved it.

Excellent property - would absolutely stay here again!

This house was beautiful, and so clean (one of the most important things for me in a rental!). The house looks exactly like the pictures and the view of the Smoky mountains is beautiful. It worked so well for our family to have the 5 King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms so everyone had some privacy. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've been in - it had every single thing we needed and more. Tons of nice pots/pans, glassware, dishes, etc. The property manager was great and very responsive when I had questions. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
