This beautiful, redecorated/remodeled 4-1/2 bedroom cabin, over 3462 square feet, 3/4 of an acre of land, 5 decks boasting over 2400 square feet of space, FOUR KING suites, one adorable bunk area, and one "secret hideout" bunk bed area for the most adventurous of the bunch! This cabin features all the bells and whistles and features SIX full bathrooms, a stacked stone fireplace, hot tub, theater with 150 inch screen, and 10 leather recliners, a fully remodeled kitchen with TWO refrigerators, TWO dishwashers, a 5 burner stainless "chefs" gas range and oven, granite counters, copper sink, and beautiful maple cabinets.

COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS: We partner with Honeysuckle Meadows RV Park to offer you free access to their large community pool, kiddie pool, AND catch and release fishing pond! Just 6 miles from the cabin in Wear's Valley. Open from May-ish to Labor Day-ish depending on weather.

LOCATION: We are located in a community called "On Higher Ground". It is between Wear's Valley and Pigeon Forge, just off Little Cove Rd., No crazy roads, or drop offs to reach our cabin. Easy drive on paved roads. There is one hill to get into our community with a tight turn, but that's it, and there is plenty of room to back up if you need. No scary roads!

KITCHEN: This beautiful kitchen was remodeled in recently. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with new dishes, glassware, pots, pans, Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee machine, coffee grinder, crock pot, blender, all the utensils you need, and much more! You will have the luxury of TWO refrigerators with ice makers, TWO almost new dishwashers, and a 5 burner stainless steel gas stove and oven. There is seating for 6 at the multi level granite counters, seating for 10 at the large dining table, and seating for 6 more at the smaller dining table just adjacent to the kitchen.

GAME ROOM: There is a large game room in the basement featuring a projection screen theater, 150 inch screen, and 10 new leather recliners. The second row is on a riser. We feature a ROKU system on all TVs, which offers hundreds of apps that allow you to sign on with your subscription and watch all your favorites. If you don't feel like a movie, try your hand at foosball, or arcade game! The hot tub is right outside if you want to relax.

GRILL: We offer a charcoal grill, and a propane grill which is hooked to a propane line - no filling propane!

WIFI: We have great, fast internet, ROKU SYSTEM on all TV's, no need for cable with all of the apps you can use!

PARKING: DRIVEWAY IS APPROXIMATELY 30X40' and holds 4 cars/trucks.

50% due at time of booking, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more from arrival.

For cancellations less than 30 days from arrival, cleaning fee, and VRBO service fee will be refunded. No further refund, or change of dates allowed. You may add a night if available.

**CHECK IN/CHECK OUT**

Check in time 4 p.m., Check out time 10 a.m. We do not allow early or check in or late check outs during the busy season (March, April, Summer, Fall and Holidays).

Personalized 6 digit code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your trip. You will use this code for an electronic key pad on the front door. No need to pick up keys, go directly to the cabin.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION**

On your check-in date, a $300 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.

We are Kurt and Kathryn Heier and we own Higher Quality Vacation Rentals. We specialize in providing cabins that are high quality, well stocked and offer lots of amenities! Higher Quality Vacation Rental's newest addition is the amazing 9 bedroom Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin in Blairsville GA, 6 other beautiful cabins ranging from 3 bedroom to 6 bedroom in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

We love to travel and explore new places and we fell in love with the Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains and all that they has to offer, but we noticed that many of the cabins weren't offering the type of quality we would expect in a vacation rental. We decided we could do better! We started purchasing cabins in the mountains in 2015 and we have remodeled or redecorated each and every one. We have replaced all mattresses, bedding, sheets and towels, added theaters, arcades and games like foosball, ping pong, pool tables and more. We have new TV's, and we have fully stocked the kitchen to capacity and labeled all drawers. Some cabins have new hot tubs too! In some cabins we have remodeled, added bathrooms, bedrooms, firepits, and completely re-themed and redecorated the entire cabin! We keep on top of maintenance, hire the best cleaners we can find, and are quick to respond to any guest needs or requests. We live just a few hours away, and visit our cabins often. We are constantly working on maintaining, upgrading and decorating them.
