“The place is very clean and tidy. It is close to the beach. I have really enjoyed staying. It is close to the golf course. And it is very close to pickleball/tennis courts (free drop-in).”

“We absolutely love the location. The condo had good amenities. Our only complaint is the bed. Im sure at some point it was a good mattress, however it is no longer providing the comfort necessary for a restful nights sleep. I really don’t like leaving negative feedback because I can usually make the best of most situations. But the quality was so poor we lost sleep all three nights. Other than that it is a perfect and beautiful location, and a great condo!!”

“We LOVED our stay here, it was just far enough away from seaside to be away from the chaos. Perfect collocation and very comfortable stay. We would definitely come back again. ”

“We’ve stayed at Gearhart House before so the outdated decor was expected, but the room smelled musty when we arrived and needed a good airing out from an ocean breeze. Room needs some upkeep and maintenance also. Our host was responsive and offered to move us to a new room, but we stayed because the view is amazing! Bed was very comfy and plenty of amenities were supplied for us. The deck is private and awesome - could spend all day there!”
