Temiz ve konforlu bir konaklama idi. Otel düzeni dışında eve yakın ortamı ile gayet başarılı bir konsept oluşturulmuş. Kahvaltı yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Koç grubuna ait olduğunu öğrenince Divan otel gibi neden kaliteli olduğunu da anladım.

Otel temiz ve modern imkanlara sahip. Ev konforunda. Otopark sorunu yok. Kahvaltı tatmin edici. Bu otelde tekrar kalmak isterim. İyileştirilmesi gereken bir husus: Resepsiyon bölgesinin genişletilmesi ve burada çalışan sayısının arttırılması halinde kalabalık gruplar ve aynı anda otele gelen çok sayıda müşteri durumunda otele giriş işlemi hızlandırılabilir.

The whole experience was amazing, no issues at all, we chose this hotel for an overnight stay as we were driving to bursa the following morning,as the hotel is situated close to the main routes it was ideal for us to catch up on some rest before our onward journey.

Alles perfekt. Nur waren die Frühstückszeiten nicht, wie an der Rezeption angekündigt bis 9:30h, sondern nur bis 9:00h. Wir kamen um 9:10h und es gab nichts mehr, das Personal unwillig uns doch noch ein kleines Frühstück zu servieren. Sonst kann ich das Hotel aber empfehlen.

Very clean and spacy room and washroom facility .shower and vanity was very enjoyable and luxury. The room service was ok not outstanding. I asked for 1 more shower gel and tooth paste.receptionist told me to go to the reception desk and pick them up. It is like their rule this way. Just one small shampoo and shower gel For two people.

The staff was very friendly. We were a geoup of 10 and everyone was asling for something. The staff and the chef (who was kust one young lady) did it wonderfully and whole heartedly. Our only concern was they were so understaffed. They forgot to make my daughter’s bed. When we asked, the gentelman had to leave the reception and do it. He just spread the sheet. He left immediarely. No pillows no blankets. He expectwd us to find them.
