    As you approach ‘St Helens’, note the modern façade featuring red brick, black steel, and white render. Enter the newly built townhouse through the black front door into the hallway. Proceed down the hallway and past the carpeted staircase to the end of the home, which opens into the kitchen, dining, and living area, all showcasing a beautiful view of the stunning backyard.

    The kitchen boasts a sleek design with a strip pendant light hanging over the white stone island bench, complemented by three black stools tucked underneath. With high-quality appliances and ample crockery, this kitchen equips you for effortless mealtimes, featuring a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, and a Breville Nespresso coffee pod machine with a milk frother.

    In front of the kitchen is a wooden dining table with eight cross-back chairs, alongside the living area. This space includes a three-seater leather couch, two armchairs, and a large Google TV, along with board games stored in the cabinet.



    Step outside through the glass sliding doors to the covered patio, where you'll find a lovely timber deck bordered by red brick. It's furnished with a wooden garden bench, a round table surrounded by four Nardi Net Relax chairs, and a Grilled Dover 4 Burner Flat Top BBQ. Fire up the grill while the kids play in the spacious, turfed backyard, thoughtfully lined with trees and featuring a fire pit at the back, ensuring that late-night conversations don’t disrupt anyone's sleep.



    Once back inside, at the start of the hallway, you'll find a powder room next to the laundry, equipped with a washer and dryer. Further down the hall is the first bedroom, adorned with sheer S curtains, a king bed, bedside tables with lamps, a walk-in robe, and a generous ensuite outfitted with a wide walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet.



    Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you'll reach the second living room, complete with a study nook. The lounge sports mid-century furnishings, with three green leather and wooden frame sofas facing a TV perched on a curved wooden cabinet, which gives the area a playful retro feel.

    Continuing along the upstairs hallway, you'll find the main bathroom, which includes a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Adjacent is Bedroom Two, featuring a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a built-in wardrobe; the windows in this room are half-frosted for privacy. At the end of the hall is Bedroom Three, perfect for kids, with two king single beds sharing a bedside table and funky lamp, along with a built-in wardrobe.



    At the front of the house on the first floor is the master bedroom, a stunning and spacious area featuring sheer S curtains along the rear wall, a king bed with bedside tables and decorative lamps, a cozy reading nook with a comfortable chair, and a large walk-in robe.
