“Was a rigmarole to get a room when finally got keys to room it wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Had to call John he got us another room which wasn’t what we asked for no spa bath etc. no soap in shower and no flannels. Tv in bedroom was damaged remote didn’t work curtains were a shambles no privacy in the lounge with blinds. The car parking was ridiculous all round worst experience ever will not be returning or recommending to anyone.”

“I spent 3 nights in Sea Views, Queenscliff recently. What a charming place to stay. It was very clean, cosy and quirky. The bed was comfortable and there was a television in the bedroom. I was warm without lighting the fire (which was ready to put a match too). There were lots of windows and views to the water from the window seat in the lounge. Alison was so helpful in suggesting music venues to visit on the Friday and Saturday nights. I enjoyed them both but especially loved visiting the...
