We are delighted to welcome you to our vacation rental, “Kleine Auszeit,” and cordially invite you to leave your everyday life behind for a while.

In this 47-square-meter apartment, which we’ve furnished with high-quality, carefully selected pieces and great care, our guests can expect a natural and rustic atmosphere—just the thing for a “Kleine Auszeit.” The apartment features a beautiful terrace with an adjoining small garden and an unobstructed view of the wild and romantic coastal forest. Here you can enjoy the magnificent sunset.

The “Kleine Auszeit” vacation rental is designed for two (max. three) people and is located in the Küstenwald vacation rental park in Graal-Müritz.
The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is one of the most beautiful and popular seaside resorts in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Surrounded by the Rostock Heath and a very wide, approximately five-kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach, this town is something special.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story house. A private parking space is available to you free of charge.
Modern underfloor heating is installed, so you can feel comfortable even during the colder months. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available to you.
The apartment is equipped with a high-quality kitchen, including a stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, range hood, and an extendable table with four chairs.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a cozy box-spring bed (160x200 cm) with a full-length mattress topper and a spacious closet. The windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds, and exterior blinds are installed on the outside.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a radio (CD, Bluetooth, FM, DAB+), and a 50-inch satellite TV. Privacy pleated blinds are installed. The large windows make the apartment very bright and inviting. Insect screens are installed on all windows (living room and bedroom).
The walk-in shower and a large wall mirror in the bathroom with indirect lighting round out your stay.
Two high-quality 28-inch touring bikes are available for your outings. You can use these free of charge (at your own risk). You can reach the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in about 10 minutes by bike or in about 25 minutes on foot.
