The property has bed bugs. I have pictures and video of a bug, as well as the bites. Many of the linens have holes in them. Many mattress pads are stained. Many dishes in the cupboard are dirty. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The bathroom trash cans still had trash in them.

I had a wonderful time visiting with my family. Conveniently located with bus station in front for us to get placesWas hotter than expected so appreciated the fans in the bedroom. Wish there was air conditioning Nori was a very attentive host and beds were comfortable

Great apartment in a great location!

This was a great place for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens. Great living room space and the clothes washer and dryer were a plus! The apartment is in a great location...easy to walk around to markets and restaurants!

Family visit

The location was within a 15 minute walk to my brother's place which made it ideal. We also enjoyed plenty of restaurants, museums, and sites within walking distance. The space was large enough for our family to get some alone time when needed. We didn't figure out until the end of the week that the reason we were not getting wifi in our bedrooms was that the router was not turned on. Parking our rental car was convenient and safe. We really enjoyed our week vacation and did not have to worry about our accommodation at all.

Beautiful Stay in Geneva

First off, the place was huge and beautiful. Enough room for a family of four to spread out. Nori was right on it with communication. Anything that we needed or had questions about. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back to us. The place was centrally located. You can see the lake from the window of the apartment and it's about a 25-minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Great host, house and location!

Nori was very gracious! Even let us in very early instead of just storing luggage. The house was well equipped, but plan to bring your own bath/hair products (we always do so not an issue for us). The location was great with a great view of the lake.

Great location, very clean property

Nori was super cordial and already awaiting us at the front door when we arrived. He has very pleasant demeanor and very welcoming, The location of the apartment is in a very nice part of Geneva, within a super safe and secured building. There was no worry about leaving our things in the apartment! There were plenty of bath towels, napkins, and paper towels (which other places usually lack!). It was more than enough space for our big family of 7 (all adults), with plenty of privacy for individuals to wind down. The only thing that was inconvenient was that the toilet seat in the half bath was completely off the hinges. Nori was informed and he responded quickly that he would take care of it (we preferred that he took care of it after we vacate). We never had to use our washer and dryer so can’t comment on their function with older model. But it was nice to know that they were available if we needed to use them. Overall, nice property for a bigger group, which is hard to find a place that would accommodate 7. There is an extra tourist tax not included in the price, which was 3.50 CHF per person per night, that was disclosed in the booking.

Terrific large apartment in great location

Seven of us stayed around Xmas and enjoyed the size of the apartment, its great proximity to central Geneva and its convenience to public transit. Nori was a great host and personally welcomed us upon our arrival.

Beautiful and comfortable

My family and I (me, husband, my mom, 4 kids - 12/10/7/21months) traveled to 3 countries and stayed in 6 places! Nori's was one of the best ones for sure. The kids loved it so much that they didn't want to go out of the house and just wanted to play the entire day in the very spacious apartment. Nori waited for us after 10pm when we arrived, showed us the apartment, gave us 2 sets of keys (helpful and needed when traveling with a large group), and was always available. He was very accommodating with everything, I.e. Putting things away because of the baby, etc. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fully equipped. There is no AC but there are fans and plenty of (huge!) windows and it was fine during the day and excellent at night. Beds were comfortable. I had a hard time using the dryer but learned in a different place we stayed that you have to empty the condensed water compartment after each use and I didn't know since we don't have that in the USA. We would definitely stay there again!

4 days in Geneva

Easily accessible across the street from the Bus 5 stop which leads to the heart of Geneva and the airport. A great view of the lake and a sizable apartment with 3 toilets and 2 showers. Only negative was the street noise at night even from 5 floors up. But we kept the windows open and enjoyed our stay!
