Wonderful 4 day trip. Place close enough to strip but far enough away from busyness of strip. Plenty of room, great accommodations such as towels, sheets, kitchen items, propane grill. Very pleased! Only request I have is adding mat or slip strips to tub for safety. Overal definitely place to rent and would be thrilled to do it again.

My family (wife and two kids ages 5 & 6) visited GOTL for Memorial Day weekend. Overall it was a great visit. The cottage is very close to the main strip making a lot of activities walkable. We went to the Adventure Zone, Eddie’s Grill, Madsen Donuts and many of the little shops with a short walk. The cottage is great for families but is a little snug. But we spent so much time away from the cottage that it wasn’t an issue. The property is very clean and has been modernized. There were lots of amenities provided by the owner which quad greatly appreciated. It’s the small things that count and there were plenty of those!

Booked this cottage for a friend’s bachelorette getaway trip. We had never been to this area before but the cottage provided many brochures and contacts for local businesses. For the 4 of us girls, the cottage was a good size. The backyard was spacious for a fire and even had a grill. Due to the weather, we stayed indoors when we weren’t out at the wineries. Very nice interior and decor. Overall we loved it!

Great city! Locals were kind, place was clean and updated. We would really enjoy coming back in summer when Geneva would be more busy and places would have a more lively atmoshpher. Tried many tasty places! Ferrante winery is amazing, as well crowning hen saloon.

Thanks to Micheal this was a great stay. We enjoyed the cozy cottage vibe as a chance for my wife and I to enjoy our anniversary away from our kids. Only "issue" was not thinking about there being no snacks or drinks available, but this was our 1st VRBO stay so just something for us to learn moving forward. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Geneva area for a long weekend.

My friend and I loved this place. There was only 2 of us this time but accommodations for 3 is perfect. Super clean and close to everything on the strip and the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Michael's cottage was perfect. There was so much attention paid to every detail and the property was exactly as described. Our teenagers loved walking around the strip on their own, and we loved walking to get a quiet coffee in the morning before everyone was up. The yard was lovely. We hope to come back again!!

Enjoyed our stay at Lake Grove Cottage. Clean, comfy, and great communications with host. The weather did not permit the use of the spacious backyard with firepit - maybe next time. Would love to visit again and tour more of the wineries and enjoy swimming and glass hunting at the beaches

Very nice cottage, had all the comforts of home. Clean, beds comfortable, nice linens. Would definitely visit again. Our only challenge was the queen bed was very close to the wall on either side, which made it a bit challenging to get in and out of bed (in fairness, we are old and overweight). But very minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

My husband, myself abd our 27 year old daughter stayed 2 nights. We were in GOTL for the 8th Annual Clevelands Musicians KISS Fundraiser. The cottage was super clean, well- stocked abs beautifully decorated. The licati9n was absolutely perfect for walking back and forth to the all-day event. We would definitely stay here again.
