Overall the rental was nice. I wish owners would do periodic updates. Only one small mirror in the whole place and you have to lean over the bathroom sink and look left to use it. The cord to the ceiling fan was broken off, so the only two options was off and high. No light bulb in the bedside lamp. The shower could stand to have an overhead light and a removable shower head. One small update after every rental would make a huge difference. On the plus side, the bedding was clean and super soft and the location was convenient, beautiful and quiet. The manager was easy to communicate with and handled a couple issues we had promptly.

Perfect location that is a short drive to the Geneva on the Lake strip, but far enough away to have some solitude when you get back from the hustle and bustle of the strip activities. Enough space for 2 adults or 2 adults and a preteen child without getting too crowded. Bathroom and kitchen were a great size. Nice little beach area that’s perfect to walk along and wade your feet in the water. Close driving distance to a gas station/convenience store in case you need snacks or drinks.

Great weekend stay

Another great time at the beach hive. The apartment was very clean and the outer property was well maintained. The property is very close to the strip, but far enough away so you can sit outside and relax. Very peaceful area on the lake with great views. I would highly recommend this rental to friends, family, and colleagues. Looking forward to the next opportunity stay there.

Cute spot

The location was wonderful and the room was cute. My only complaint would be the mattress. The first night we slept on it and you could actually fill the springs. The second night, two of us moved to the futon and it was not much better . Other than not resting, it was a cute spot

Great stay for the 4th of July

Property is very close to the strip, but not too close. Beautiful view of the lake. We rented a golf cart from Barley vine tours and had a blast driving around the strip. The fireworks were great! Property was perfect for myself and my 13 and 17 year old kids. We brought a blow up mattress and all slept comfortably. I recommend this property and will return.

The manager Mrs. Megan was awesome, great, nice, kind and she was always fast at responding she is amazing this is the best place i have stayed at. I had some problems and Mrs. Megan was there fast to resolve all of it. People if you want a nice place to stay and a nice manager rent from Mrs. Megan Jeffers. She is very fast at responding if i wrote she wrote me back pretty fast. The place was very beautiful clean. I felt like i was at home but better. Thank you again Mrs. Megan for helping me out never question me, for believing me and making this the best stay i have ever had i will always love to stay at your places any time. You have my up most respect. You are the best.

Eclipse Trip

This was a perfect place to stay for our Eclipse trip. The apartment was very clean. The private beach is a short walk and there is a large field for kids to run around in. Excellent communication from the manager. Thanks!
