Located in Genouillé, this charming 100 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests in a bedroom with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles to suit your needs, and a living room featuring original stone walls, a preserved bread oven, and niches from the former chicken coop. There is a bathroom with a shower and a spacious private tiled kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all necessary cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. The property provides homemade jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on site, as well as a baby bed for families.



Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the pool and park, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The shared garden features covered and open terraces with a stone barbecue for outdoor dining. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is open from May to late September and is available in 1-hour slots from 9 am to 7 pm (or 8 pm in summer). You also have access to table tennis, a mini billiards table, a tennis court, and a shared playground.



Parking is available on site. Up to two pets are allowed. A shuttle to the train station is available.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Cleaning services are offered for an extra fee, depending on group size and length of stay.
