Located in Genouillé, this 98 m² holiday home sleeps up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a 20 m² living area and a private 8 m² kitchen—compact but fully equipped—perfect for sharing meals and relaxing together. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms (21 m² and 18 m²) with modular single beds each accommodate up to 4 guests; a smaller 7 m² room is perfect for 2 children. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, and a baby cot. Enjoy local products from the property: jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables.



The private covered terrace with barbecue leads to the shared garden. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 x 10.5 m, depth 1.5 m) is shared and accessible in hourly slots (reservation required) from May to late September, weather permitting, between 9 am and 8 pm.



Shared parking is available on site. Up to two pets are welcome. You'll also have access to shared facilities such as table tennis, tennis court, playground, and mini billiards. A shuttle service to the train station is offered.
