The stay at February Point was perfect. The accommodations were pristine and exactly as the pictures showed. Hope to be back again!

Check in was a little confusing as we never got the check info or code to the door. We finally found someone to let us in. The condo was beautiful and the location was great! It could have been a lot cleaner, the master shower leaked A LOT so always had to wipe that up after every shower. No mattress pad or fitted sheets on beds. Just a flat sheet on the mattress. Annoying bc the flat sheet wouldn't stay put. There was very little in terms of cooking equipment. Basic things were there but they needed mixing bowls, baking dishes, etc. Overall it was a very nice place...just needs a little more attention to the details. It is very convenient to Georgetown and puts you in the middle of all the beautiful beaches. Hot tub was broken the entire week and the food at Rusty Anchor was not so great. The condo is updated and layout is great! I would stay here again with the knowledge to ask for certain things upfront.

The condo is very nice however we did have a few challenges. The TV does not get any type of programming so no channels at all, you need to access your own streaming accounts. The WiFi was pretty spotty (as expected). While kitchen was appointed there weren’t any staples like oils or spices. Other VRBO rentals we’ve had there was always oils and such left by previous rentals. The property managers were very helpful and nice. Nice relaxing stay.

Amazing condo, great view and super convenient

We have been coming to Exuma for 25 years, we booked this condo last minute and it’s was great. Prince the property manager was amazing, he was available for anything we needed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The porch was perfectly positioned with a great view of the marina, the breeze was wonderful. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. It’s super convenient to town, and we loved being so close to the marina, beach club and rusty anchor!
