“We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had all amenities that were listed. Check out was so easy. Property manager Janet is a dream. Very helpful and accommodating. We had to unexpectedly stay an extra day last minute and because there was no one coming in on the day we were supposed to leave we got to add an additional day. It was the easiest process. Janet responded timely and was so helpful!!!”

“Looks small on the outside but roomy on the inside they supply everything you need for a beach trip or grill out. outside is fence for the pets and even has a table and fan for you all hard floors through out so clean up is a breeze 10/10 would go again ”

“This was perfect for our family - 2 adults, 1 teen, 2 small dogs. We (and our nosey dogs) especially loved the fully enclosed porch at night. We had plenty of room. The kitchen and living area were nice and spacious. Very clean as well. We will rent this place again. ”

We had a couple minor issues and received quick communication and resolution from the owner. The house does need a deep spring cleaning. The bathrooms and beds were nice and neat - just other things like walls, cabinets, fridge, drawers, nooks and crannies need cleaning. “The cottage was well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. It is close to Huntington Beach State Park which is a wonderful beach and nature area. It is also close to Brookgreen Gardens which is a stunning place for a stroll and to see beautiful works of art (sculpture).
