“Communication with the host was terrible. We tried contacting them to confirm all was well with the reservation days in advance. We text and could see they read the text but never responded. We called and continued to text. Three hours before check in the host called and said they don't even do business with VRBO and the property was already booked. They clearly double booked and did not want to own up to it as thier listing is still active and VRBO confirmed after speaking with the owner. VRBO...

“Wonderful stay for my family of 3 and our cat. I especially appreciated the reliable internet connection which allowed me to work uninterrupted since I was not able to take time off work. The house was thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We would have used the deck a lot more if it hadn’t been so hot these past 11 days while we were here. Definitely recommend.”

“Host was inattentive and never responded or resolved the issue with the internet connection, we were left with no television or WiFi for us to connect for our work. We had to pack and move to a hotel at an additional expense. We will never stay with this host again. 10/10, do not recommend. ”

“Group of 5 adults in town for wedding! It was perfect for us! The location was wonderful and the house is immaculate! It is well stocked (kitchen and both bathrooms) and comfortable. Walkable to downtown Round Rock and close to grocery. Host communication was excellent! Highly recommend! ”
