Our stay was fantastic. The house was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was that the floors had not been cleaned and I could not use the tv in the Master bedroom. It may have helped to have a mop and bucket on hand but overall we enjoyed and can’t wait for a return visit. Thank you.

Unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. Although the home is beautiful and spacious there were issues with dirty bedding, showers, and toilets upon arrival. The patio area and screen doors were dirty and unkept, not even swept. Then 2 major issue: no hot water and septic tank backed up (holiday weekend) and owner was upset with us for calling someone to come out and repair septic tank when he did not respond back to us in a timely manner. Then he would not agree to reimburse us directly for the repair; he would only reimburse the company (to date still no payment from him to the company). Then the garbage disposal stopped working and the sink backed up. Again, this is a beautiful, spacious, serene place to stay, if only it was kept up, and made presentable and made sure that everything was in working worder upon guest arrival, not just inside but outside as well. I hope the owner has taken care of all the issues I made him aware of so that if you choose to rent this place it is a nice stay for you. If you choose to stay there, letting you know it gets extremely dark so take flashlights or lanterns. If you are city-folk remember there are creepy-crawlers everywhere, inside and out. There are only TVs in the living space and master bedroom.

This is a very beautiful, quiet, secluded property. Lots of trees and shade made it possible to enjoy the outside during the July heat. The house had a great layout for our family vacation. We just hung out at the property the entire time.

Relaxing

The house was very spacious very clean and inviting. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and the mattresses were easy to sleep on, which is not normally something you get when you stay in a rental or hotel.Thank you for having this farm house available for such gatherings

New favorite spot

We traveled to Georgetown for work and found this amazing spot. We absolutely loved sipping coffee on the porch watching the deer cross. Check-in was easy and teh house immaculate. The bedrooms are spaced a good distance apart so you still have privacy. This home is located a short drive from Georgetown but still retained the remote feel. It was peaceful, beautiful and our top spot for any future conferences in Georgetown!! have feel like you have privacy

Quiet Gem Getaway

Such a special place. The perfect weekend of unwinding and getting out of the day to day hustle. We had the best weekend relaxing on the porch and walking the property, but still close to Georgetown adventures.

FANTASTIC!!!

This was one of my favorite rentals ever, it was absolutely fantastic! The whole place was spotless, super cute inside and out, attention to detail in every direction, and great amenities all around! We really enjoyed our time out on the beautiful large wrap around patio, the views in every direction and the seclusion. Highly recommend, we can't wait to go back!

A relaxing oasis

What a wonderful place to relax with friends and family. No distractions. A place of peace and serenity. There is room to congregate and room to retreat. My husband complimented the place no less than 10 times. We will return.

Little ones birthday

Quiet farmhouse
